“I was met with a very warm genuine smile by security, I didn’t feel on edge or judged immediately at all, I was greeted with a warm welcome by a sales person named Sam, he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the store layout and brand’s history, he took me on a walk through of some of the new season collections, including some of the classics and runway pieces, we discussed the inspiration behind some of the buildings architecture and inspiration, he offered me a drink which made me feel more comfortable in the huge and some what intimidatingly large yet beautiful store. He spoke about the heritage of the brand and the new creative director’s vision. I would definitely recommend the Burberry Flagship to anyone who wants to either learn more about the brand or simply to enjoy the beautiful and breathtaking aesthetic of the building.”

“I am currently backpacking UK and found a great quality pair of boots here at Clark. Louis, was extremely helpful! She was so wonderful, patient, and I felt she went above and beyond for me. She explained to me the type of shoe I'd need (because I am unfamiliar with the weather here) and even though they didn't have one of the shoes I wanted in stock and was staying at a hostel, she found a way to make it work. “I saw a pair of jeans online and really wanted to try them on in store. Asked a member of staff who wasn’t sure but lead me in the direction of denim. Came across Samira after searching on my own with no success after about 15 minutes. Samira searched high and low in the stockroom and on the shop floor to find them. I eventually found my size, and she even followed up while in the fitting room to give me an alternative style. Just in case! Lovely interaction and was very happy with the product!”
