Came in looking for a pair of school shoes for my son. Ishti was really understanding of my situation and offered me a range that I can look at. Left the store with a pair of kickers and a pair of Sole shoes for myself. The assistant manager at the till was wonderful when processing my payment as my card was not working. This place is great and the staff are just wonderful!!

Great selection of trainers, purchased a pair for a Christmas present. However customer service with all staff was not great. Everyone standing around the till area making it difficult for customers (me) to approach and pay. Felt staff stopped their conversation so I could purchase my trainers, for them to carry on the conversation and stand back around the till area once I had moved away. Keep your staff busy and customers happy

Purchased expensive Boss loafers before my flight. Arrived home only to discover that they had put the display model in the box, which had significantly bent and weathered leather. Very disappointed. Do not trust this store. Shop elsewhere.

I can earnestly say that I have rarely had a better in-store experience than with Laura and AJ. Even though the store did not have exactly what I was looking for, this specific store is now my first port of call the next time I need something else! Thank you very much

One of the best shoe collections there. They had luxury shoe brands such as cole haan. Not all shoe are available from each brand but still very good.

Purchased 2x pairs of shoes online. Delivered to from the UK to Australia. Fast delivery, clear comms from the delivery partner and shoes arrived safely. Thank you. I'd use these guys again for hard to find shoes.
