Why is high street retail dying? Come here and you?ll know the answer. First, price is not competitive. Second, the sales assistants have no concept of customer service (that is, if you can find one - just look at the photo). Third, the shop carries limited stock so inevitably the style you want doesn?t come in the right size.

Staff upstairs in the running shoe section never present, really frustrating as it?s a place where you come to get advice on what is best or you?re trying on something and then they just disappear and they?re off chatting somewhere. Also they don?t feel like they want to help you at allCame downstairs and was helped by Marizu, super helpful, friendly and attentive

One of the managers at the Oxford street location, Nikhil Patel (not me, I swear) was incredible. He was extremely patient and understanding in solving my problem as a visitor from out of the country who had ordered online in hopes of receiving customized jerseys in time before the holidays. Unfortunately, the website said it would deliver to the store before clicking pay but after submitting the order-It turns out I was deceived and told the order would not deliver until after the holiday season (i.e by the time I have left the UK). Nikhil was great as he worked with me to find a solution, calling the company (since there seems to be no way to contact them via phone/email yourself) and was able to get my order cancelled and refunded completely. A great manager and an even better person-thank you again!

A very clean store, with generally helpful staff. I have to give a special shout out to Aishwarya, who took care of me in store when I enquired about a pair of Nike Pegasus 40. Even though she knew I wasn't going to purchase in this particular location, as I'd forgotten my gift card, she took great care of me and even encouraged that the cheaper price I had found on the Sports Direct website could be price matched in store. Thank you!

?Call the number to check if an item is in stock?, great idea, it?s a shame this store doesn?t ever pick up the phone when you call the number they provide on their google page though.

I ordered a few items online from Sports Direct. When I received my order, I noticed one item was missing. I really recommend you to teach your staff not to take from the deliveries.I went to the store to sort out this issue. They first told me they would give me some credits, but after one hour they said no. I will never trust these people again, not sure what they will take from my next order!

I have always been a big fan of the Sports Direct shops and recently bought a pair of gaiters from the Uxbridge store.I knew that they would have mens ski jackets but I searched in vain for the arm ventilation. I assume that the breathable fabric is sufficient for most of their customers.The Sports Direct shop in Oxford Street is a tremendous place to shop. And I hope to be back at the shop soon.

Went there on 17.11.23 around lunch time and have experienced the worst customer service ever - no exaggeration. I went to a fitting room to try a few items, no staff member was there. After I tried the things, I left the fitting room and a staff member appeared (a lady with short blond hair). She started blaming that I stole some swimming suit as she found an empty hanger in the fitting room. I said it was already there when I entered it, but she kept repeating: 'Where is the swimming suit?'. The staff on the till was not much friendlier. This was the worst shopping experience for me ever! Truly horrible customer service!

Absolute disgusting and appalling customer service. Ordered a paiir football boots for my son for Christmas they told me my order was ready to later find out when I get to the store that my son?s order is not even there and not ready. After paying extra for fast delivery. They had no way of compensation which I think is such a disgusting service to have where the company are at fault and don?t take accountability. This complaint will not end here

If you are planning to buy something at Sport Direct, be aware they DON'T give you your money back whe you return it. Go to any other place to buy.

NO REFUND AT ALL IN THIS STORE. Be careful. Went to buy a pair of shoes. Gave me 44 when i asked 43. Kept this one hoping for a refund and bought another shoe in one of their store again. But doesnt matter. 500pounds latter no understanding or refund. Poor policy. Poor job.

It seems ,west end don't do any salesOnly reductions on prices Shop was not busy,but employers look on a rush ,or on a magic moment when asked ,as they disappear, left me waiting.Any way ,I will keep looking.
