Nica and her partner were the most unpleasant that could be in front of the public. They were closing half an hour before closing time, we asked for something and they told us it couldn't be because they no longer had it. And when we asked to go to the bathroom they told us that it was already closed, that we should go in front of Leon, we told him that it was an emergency, since it was for my daughter to enter and he still insisted that it was closed that we should go in front, he asked his partner and as if we weren't there. We asked for a complaint form and they told us they didn't have that. It's a shame that Starbucks provides a service like this through its employees. Very bad image for the chain!

RUDE STAFFMy recent experience at the establishment left much to be desired. Not only did I encounter rude behavior from the staff towards customers, but there was also an unpleasant atmosphere among the staff themselves.Specifically, today at 19:20, I attempted to place an order for oats, only to be informed that the oven was closed and unable to heat up the food. Unfortunately, this meant that none of the available options could be served warm, leaving me with no viable food choices.As a result, I left the establishment without consuming any food, which was highly disappointing and frustrating.Overall, the lack of accommodation and unprofessional behavior from the staff significantly impacted my experience. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a more pleasant experience for future customers.

The coffee was nice. The seating could do with being replaced. They were very dirty and flat(no cushioning). I never eat in here as they only sell very expensive gluten-free cake bars!!

Last tuesday I visited my favourite starbucks branch with a few of my friends and with a great shock I have been treated like garbage by a service crew named Rafaela, the one with fake lashes. I kindly asked her about my drink and food and she literally ignored me and walked away while on her phone. I'm not sure if she's working or just standing by the till busy with whatever she's doing with her phone.I patiently waited for her to come back and when she did she was busy laughing with the rest of the crew. I hope the manager of this store do something about this person because it seems like she thinks highly of herself and thinks its fine to treat people like this. Very appalled of this person.

I strongly advise against this Sturbucks... I ordered a slipper and an orange soda for £10. I have been a customer of the company for 8 years... working in the centre... I had never come across this shop before as it was hidden..1 I ordered the food and I wasn't asked for my name.... which was very strange given the standard for the influx of customers... yesterday it wasn't busy... so I thought they didn't write the name... as I was the only one to order... I waited at the house for the product... after 10 minutes it wasn't ready... after 20 minutes it wasn't ready so I asked what had happened to the sandwich.... and the 3 employees they didn't know what I was talking about... it seemed like they didn't sell food... and they shook their heads... at a certain point a boy arrived... from the cafeteria area with an arrogant attitude who replied to me in a rude manner chw the sandwich was at the corner of the table ready... and he slammed the sandwich on the table... without saucer in a bag without saucer or napkin... and he was staring at me with a defiant look... never seen such stupid and disrespectful people in I just politely asked where the paid product was... his attitude was totally out of place.... I won't go back to a place like that as they don't give away food and it's also quite expensive and the last thing I'm going to look for in a coffee shop is rude, disrespectful and arrogant people... I hope that the company before TRAINING (barista) trains people to be polite and at least smile at customers, if the job is not to their liking they can also change jobs, but they are not authorized in a workplace to tell customers to fuck off when they are leaving...

Rafaela was super rude when ringing me up. I was shocked and appalled by how bad the customer service was. They literally mocked me behind the counter to her coworkers when I ordered my drink. As a previous Starbucks employee, I can say the training on customer connections here is very poor. I don?t like to write bad reviews but this was an instance when I feel like I had to. Improve your managment & customer service immediately.

The staff in the morning shift are very unfriendly and very rude. Sunday 3 of Dec at 7:15am and the guy who was and the cashier not even say good morning, not eye contact and not EVEN ONE WORD to me. I asked to him are u ok? Nothing. Can any management team check the cctv and speak your staff, very disrespectful.
