These last few years have been a very challenging time for me and this has had an impact on my extended family. I credit the fact I can write this review to my NHS consultant, you see I would not be here without her.I wanted to purchase a gift to thank her for the incredible support I have received. She is a very classy lady who wears amazing attire.I came across an item which caught my eye and I felt it would be perfect for her: Shelmas - Pink - Branded Skinny ScarfDue to my current social circumstances my finances are very restricted. I contacted Ted Baker customer services and shared my tale, they were incredible they offered a thirty-percent discount bring the price down from forty-pounds to twenty-eight-pounds. The good will did not stop there, they also offered a free delivery of six-pounds-and-ninety-five-pence.My consultant contacted me and thanked me for the gift, she was very pleased. I informed her of the generosity from Ted Baker.Ted Baker I do not know you and you do not know me yet the service you provided was just so loving and evidence that humanity does still exist.Thank you.

Went in to have a browse, there was a product I was interested in which I saw on their online store and I asked an assistant if they had it in stock to try on. They were checking with stocking room whilst I was waiting. Then after 10 Minutes I heard nothing and asked the same assistant for an update. He didn't even bother to tell me that they didn't have it whilst I was waiting. I had to ask him in the end, wasting my time. Wouldn't recommend after this experience.

There staff was very helpful. Went to check tote bags but ended up buying nothing as the designs didn't suit me. There was limited stock for bags at this location

I am very dissapointed. My backpack with two computers was stolen there.There is no security guard there, very unsafe store. I do not recommend that store, they do not take care of their customers, any thief just gets in and still your belongings.

I had planned to buy two gifts for two different people, but unfortunately, the store only had one bag available. It was surprising to see a store like Ted Baker without enough bags in stock. I decided not to purchase the items as it would have been time-consuming to search for and buy separate bags for the gifts. Moreover, it would have been disappointing to have the gifts in different bags instead of the branded bag from Ted Baker.

Overall very good customer service and they are also dog friendly if you ask the security when it's not very crowded.

Went in for an exhange, and the male sales assistant ( I think his name was Taron) was incredibly rude and not helpful at all and also the other lady who was at the till gave my partner and I attitude. Disappointed cause just a couple of weeks ago we had the best experience at the London Bridge store. Regent Street staff could learn one or two things from the three ladies who served us on a Sunday at the London Bridge store.

received a faulty item, yet was refused an exchange. the manager gave me and my partner an attitude saying that we brought in things too late (i went back in less than 2 weeks of receiving the item) when their exchange period is 30 days and insinuated that the damage might have been caused by me. I explained the situation of discovering the damage in detail but she was still doubtful. I would never have the audacity to ask for an exchange of an item i damaged but i guess Ted Baker don't believe their customers. As i kept arguing, the manager said the exchange wouldn't be possible nonetheless because the item's out of stock. She told me that Ted Baker (Covent Garden) has the last one and assured me that she'll get back to me by Saturday (10th) to see if I can reserve the piece but I haven't heard back since. Their online customer service was also not helpful at all when i reached out. So beware, if you find out that you received a faulty item and don't bring them back in asap, you won't be able to exchange it. I will not be shopping at Ted Baker again.

Nice selection of smart casual ware. The sales people were very nice and super helpful. A very good clothes shopping experience.
