Excellent service! My partner had an issue with a belt he bought from anotherâ?? TM Lewin. We came in to ask, they replaced it immediately, no questions asked. Also super pleasant and friendly. (And GoT fans!!)

Very off-hand. Still bought shirts because of the company reputation.
Adamant that a Times/Sunday Times offer was not valid.
Checked with another store this morning and the manager confirmed the offer was still valid.
Rang the branch but was told Mark Goodwin was away. Alexandra's first reaction was that the offer had expired on Wednesday.
When I explained, her main concern was to find out which store I had gone to and then confirmed the offer was still valid and Mark must have been mistaken.
I shall now have to find time to return the shirts and ask for a refund.
Not a good experience.
