I had my phone stolen and I lost my number so I?ve ordered a new SIM CARD but this new SIM CARD came with a NEW number . The only think that I?ve asked was: Can I get my number back?Terrible service and unresolved problems with my SIM CARD.I went twice at store because I?ve chatted on line with VOXI team and they told me to go to store and try to solve this problem in person.Unfortunately both attendant that I?ve spoke with was really rude and they didnt even heard what I had to say they just kept saying to me that VODAFONE there is nothing with VOXI which is very interesting as they sell the product but you guys can?t solve any problems that will might be caused by this company.

Mihail (the sales clerk who took care of me) is absolutely amazing. He managed to save me £25 a month plus a practically free iPad. Overall service from start to finish was quite hassle free. Very helpful team.

We got 3 prepaid SIMs that work throughout the UK. The service was amazing, Mohsin was great and also gave us some good travel advice.

Today 28/12/2023 @ 16 :50 were trying to top up my sim card, but lady was trying to serve me in rush and unfortunately ? costumer service was zero and she was even using her personal not given attention and this is the last time for me in this branchFeel sorry.

The worst Cusotmer service ever.The sales team was so busy to chat and talk each others that I had to ask to tone down the voice as I was not able to hear the Cusotmer service at the phone.Embarrassing.

Never visit hereI purchased a sim card through an employee named Mubarak. I told him to keep my original number and the employee said he would understand and that it would be available in a few days. However, my number had changed. Mubarak gave me his number and told me to call him if I had any problems, but when I called, it was a completely different person. Don't visit this place anytime soon.

I?ve been very frustrated with Vodafone.My husband and I bought SIM cards in uk, and topped up once in Italy. However, your company start to charge us £30 each month, without our consent.I?ve been reaching your company to cancel our subscription and refund us the payment for months. Yet, the problem is still not solved, you got so many people speaking one or two sentences on Facebook and asking me to provide information. However, I?ve been telling you I really have no idea why the info I gave you is not workable. Maybe there?s some typo or misunderstanding when Vodafone storekeeper filled in for us. Many people rotating on Facebook speaking one or two sentences every time, but none of you really solve our problem.Now I just want to cancel the subscription and I?m done with Vodafone! I?m very annoyed by being charged every month when I told you the charging is not under our consent.
