Needed a phone for work urgently, guy gave me a sim and assured me it would work after 20 minutes and I needed to get back to work. Low and behold its the following day and the sim hasnt worked, messed up my work day and plans at night. cheers pal

After over a decade being a Vodafone customer with numerous upgrades. This time I decided to return my phone that I received yesterday as part of the new contract. After contacting customer service, I have been told by 191 to take the phone to any store to return it.Upon arrival, the assistant manager told me that they can't process my cancellation in store and was unaware of the process they can or cannot process return. I told her that I have been told to come to the store and this is part of the Vodafone procedure. She called up someone who had the same attitude of not accepting my return and suggested to call back customer service and ask for a DPD return after looking at the computer screen and talking to other people ,claiming their system is not working at the minute to process my return and is not entirely sure if other stores have the same problem or no. Therefore , back to square one, calling online customer service and they generated a return DPD label.Just a waste of time. Unreliable, reluctant and unhelpful staff. It is disgraceful.

Absolutely disgusting service , phone was stolen didn't offer any help or to even call my fone to see if anyone had found it! Very ugly girl at the front with the blonde wavy highlights sort your disgusting attitude out!

I visited this branch yesterday 02/02 2024. Awful staff, totally disinterested in providing basic customer service, two staff, one male, one female too busy chatting amongst themselves even though I was standing in front of them, they saw me & just carried on chatting like I did not exist.Finally after they finished there oh so important conversation, it was like they were deciding which of them was going to serve me, you know do their job, do what they are paid to do.If I could give no stars I would.Vodafone?? Vodaphoney more like.

I started cooperation with Vodafone, and stopped in 24 hours. I wrote to the support center, they said wait for the final bill. I was waiting for help, but I got email from collectors?? Be careful what you sign.

unacceptable. I walked in having had very average phone service from this provider and I asked them if they could service me and potentially 15 of my firm as a start up, they told me to sit down and would be with me in 5 minutes and I had up and left after 15 minutes sat by myself. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this provider.

Great service from Lewis who sorted me out a sick deal on Pixel 8. He beared with me whilst I was trying to sort out the issue with my former network and current bank as I didn't have the account details on me. The whole atmosphere in that store was world class and first impressions count and the store deffo passed the Vibe check ??I will be sending people your way if they require upgrade etc. Thanks again Lewis and team
