I used to be quite a frequent visitor to this shop and I was very grateful for its presence with very helpful friendly staff.I used to fill myself up with diary products. The shop was a little bit small and there were normally long queues. Which may have been due to the shop being 'short staffed'.

Not sure what?s happened here but this branch has become very slap dash. The Staff don?t smile and always seem miserable & unhelpful. Shelves are bare after midday, everything is thrown every where. They never have any bags - I had to put half my shopping back today because the only bags they had were £6 each - £6 for a cheap, small cotton bag! I think I?ll walk the extra 10 mins to M&S Foodhall on Orchard Street from now on.

I wanted chocolate covered nuts - only 1 box left but the packaging was damaged - I asked a member of staff called Sonny if more were due to be delivered- he said unlikely but offered them to me FREE!!!! OMG!!! Thank you!!! It's my birthday so Sonny made my day very special!!

Horrible place to shop. Women on self service checkouts have no desire to help customers and treat us as an irritation. Hopeless store never any rotisserie.

I make a point of shopping at Waitrose in Marylebone High Street whenever I am in the area. However, recently I have noticed a distinct lack of basic stock.I trust that things are going to pick up, and get back-to-normal, if not immediately then after Christmas (surely! It is Waitrose, after all).

Really bad service. We were in line to pay when some lady got in front off us and she was helped by the staff but something on her phone was not working so i said help me in stead but your personal was allready making problems then some guy of your store came up and said to me shut up or the security will kick you outI never been treated like this before it was a shame

I m living nearby and I m going there to do my daily shopping however recently it became difficult. I m struggling cause the shelves are barely stocked or empty so I have to go to other shops.

Lorry always blocking the road, so we're always having to wait for them. Don't see why they don't wait at the wider part of the road and come to the loading bay when it's clear, use your brain.

I am livedI am lived, with Waitrose. I consider myself a loyal customer of Waitrose, not just for good customer services at store also for the quality of products. I do my weekly shopping at Waitrose in stores and once in awhile online. On my last 3 order last 3 order there were items missing and the person whom packed my order give items which was about expired. And the driver was alway late. I never complained about it because, I said to myself, people at the store are so nice and helpful very time. Plus if you can't finish the food, you can gift it. However today that all changed. I delivery schedule between 1pm to 2pm, 2:15 my order didn't I called Costumers Service asking how long will it take until I get my shipping, I was informed I was the next person in line and my shopping would with within 10to15 minutes. (Around 2:30pm) At 15pm I called again asking what is going on, and the customer service person said let me have a look for you. Few seconds late she said oh your is naked as complete. I got very confused and ask how can it be completed if I didn't received the items?She replied let me get in touch with driver and someone some where she will call me back. How long will it take I ask? She was honest I replied I don't know ? but I will get in touch as soon as I hear back from them. 45 minutes later I called again, is there any update, do you how it take will I receive my shopping today? She responded well I don't know, if you want I can ask them to cancel your order and you go ahead and buy what you need! Very nice of you thank you, but I want to know what happen, you cannot just cancel the order without any explanation or apology for waiting my time. She replied yeah we will get back to you after the investigation. What about shopping? No attempt to try and reschedule my order? Now I am left with the items I paid for?Date of experience: 03 October 2023

My favorite supe market in London. This one is pretty big and have almost everything. If really need something fresh get to be on opening time or you won?t find your avocados ;) fully recommended over other super markets in tried
