I want to report the workers there who have been extremely rude. I came to Zara store at 10 to 9 and I just needed to buy a bodysuit which would take 5 min. He pushed me and behave rude which is not acceptable!

Very rude customer service, and an unreasonable fitting room policy. Why can?t I be around my friend and wait outside in the fitting room area to help her choose! This is part of the shopping experience and the policy ruins it. The policy wasn?t displayed anywhere around the store and the employees where very rude about it! One employee even mentioned ?I?m not having this discussion? rather than try to explain it.

Terrible customer service. Asked to exchange an item the guy took 30 minutes and came back twice with completely different items.Asked another lady and she was really rude. Staff need to be more polite and efficient.

Deceitful pricing and unhelpful staffBe careful when you visit Zara on Oxford Street. I visited on 13/10/2023, where I picked out and tried on a quarter zip sweater. The price tag said £35,99. The queue at the cash register was super busy, so I quickly paid. Upon inspecting my receipt, I noticed I had paid £45,99 and not £35,99. After contacting staff, I was met with a "its your problem, not ours" response. I was given the option of returning the item or leaving the store after being told that they would absolutely not discuss it any further.I feel cheated and deceived. Proceed with caution.

The organisation in this Zara is awful. I was there to pick up a parcel and got sent to the fourth floor. Waited in a massive queue only for the lady to tell me I need to ask someone on the floor. There was no one in sight so I asked a girl in the fitting room and she told me she couldn?t do it and I had to wait for her colleague to get back. I waited around 5-10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was there. I?m not blaming the staff at all because clearly they were trying their best. They are just understaffed and by the looks of it overworked. This was also later on in the evening and it wasn?t that busy, so I dread to think what it?s like during their busiest hours.

Nice clothes but I have never waited so long to collect an order. I find this consistently with Zara. I also found that most the staff were v unhelpful and I had to speak to 3 before someone helped me

Ridiculous queues, the refund and exchange queue isn?t clear and you end up queuing to buy items and told to go downstairs. It?s ridiculous to charge 10p for a paper bag, do you expect customers to carry all their items? It?s also paper and not reusable.

One of the most frustrating shops I have ever visited. Constant queues for fitting rooms and at the tills. When you finally get inside the changing rooms they stunk of body odour and were really dirty. WiFi also did not work when I visited, signing in page had an error code and you can't get signal inside the shop so good luck contacting or finding the people you came in with. Really bad shopping experience.

The staff in the fitting rooms are extremely rude and unfriendly when trying to communicate.

Absolutely appalling. My Granddaughter, 15 years of age approached by a Security guard when shopping around the premises at Zara oxford street. How can this store be taken seriously, when members of authority are making shoppers uncomfortable. He continued to Compliment her and hit on her despite receiving no signals to continue. Not only this, but this is a workplace and very unprofessional. Disgusted!

This is one, among 4/5 Zara stores at Bond Street, London. At the time of Summer shopping or Black Friday sale it?s too crowded to find anything suitable. Specially after the noon, stores become too messy to find anything at ease. But other than that it?s always a good experience to shop here. Zara is my all time favourite place to shop. There are 4/5 Zara stores at Bond Street. They also have online order and store picking options.Even if you like something but can?t find the proper size in this store, you can order it online or can check the other stores at Bond Street.Highly recommended for a lovely shopping experience.

Worth shopping experience EVER! I am never going back to Zara in Oxford Street during the summer sale. There are 4 Zara, I went to three of them to find what I was looking for and to try the items (the whole point of not buying online). One had no AC, and barely no light in the fitting room so you can't really see what you are trying and suffocating because of the heat. The second Zara had ALL its fitting rooms closed for the entire day. NO message or no sign of that anywhere in the store. You just waist your time picking clothes you want to try and when the moment comes you can't.The third and the absolute WORST!!!!!! had only one fitting room open (I think there's usually one in each floor). I picked my items (14 items to try), it took maybe 30 min in the mayhem of the Sale with heavy bags from other shops (I nicely asked if I could put the bags behind the counter they refused in a very rude way). I did the queue to the fitting room for about 30 min with the heavy clothes and heavy bags in my arms. When my turn comes, the lady tells me I can only try 6, I need to leave the rest and CAN NOT take it back after I finish to try the 6 items because they can't keep the clothes for everybody so they'll sort them out right away. If I want them I need to go back to the store to find them myself AGAIN and if I want to try them I need to do the 30 min queue AGAIN. She tells me that, not even sorry, no smile, like I am stupid to take 14 items to the fitting rooms to try ONCE and for all and avoid doing a 30 min queue twice (I know the max is usually 8 or 10 items but you are usually allowed to leave the rest while you are trying and pick it back after you finish and sometimes even try it without having to do the queue)THERE WAS NO SIGN ANYWHERE THAT THE MAX PASSED TO 6 AND THAT YOU LOSE THE ITEMS YOU HAVE WAISTED YOUR TIME PICKING IN THE MAYHEM. NO SIGNS NOWHERE!!!!!I honestly went crazy (the mayhem got me), asked to call the manager. The manager says its NEW store policies. Two angry customers (who did the same as me) behind me ask the manager to show the new policies. Manager says no, you try 6 point. In fact, they honestly don't care about your experience. They are probably just understaffed and tired and see customers more as a nuisance than anything. While I was in the queue, I could see a couple of employees going back and forth in the fitting room but nobody let us know we couldn't go with all the clothes. No one. After that, 20 more min in the queue to pay. Total time spent, 1h30 in Zara madness (not counting the two other stores i did)So now I HATE Zara and won't bother to go back there, there's no point. Just buy online and plan enough time to return the items if they don't fit or just don't buy from them.Big shout out and thank you to Mango, H&M and Reversed whose employees were really kind, helpful and allow more than 6 items (8-10) in the fitting rooms even during sales. And let you make the most out of shopping in store because not everybody has the time (or will) to shop several times in the year.
