Very bad customer experience.Staff unfriendly and uninterested.Fitting rooms overcrowded or can?t be used due to weird policies even when empty.Staff wants customer to hang back each single piece after try on and demands this in a very unfriendly way.Don?t visit. Better shops around.

I visited the store today and was really wanting a pair of shoes that were low on stock. The assistant Yehye was so kind and patient and managed to find me a pair after much searching! So grateful and absolutely wonderful service.

Good store! Bought a couple of clothes for our daughter, they are great quality and has good selection. Fitting room is very busy!

Zara oxford street's customer service is horrible. The staff clearly don't want to work and the management is even worse. To straight exchange an item, bought 3 days prior, lost receipt, I was sent to different floors for it, each member of staff says something different and I have to contact customer services for an e-receipt as they're unable to STRAIGHT EXCHANGE an item. Staff are clueless and management is really bad.Zara need to have a till option to straight exchange an item and most importantly, need to review MANAGEMENT before staff. A training on customer service is extremely needed in this store and across all Zara stores on oxford street.

Was looking for a good pair of jeans, looked everywhere and finally arrived at Zara!! Found loads of perfect ones. Bought a pair. Will be going back for another pair!

Shops packed. Changing rooms on 1st floor manned but sign saying shut. Huge queue on floor 2. By time queued to try and on and then pay its probably been 45 minutes in total just queuing. Worst shopping experience ever.

We were able to grab some nice cheap items in the men's section, but unfortunately, I can't say the same in the women's section' , the items I was waiting to be reduced were at full prices. Staffs were nice and helpful ,like it.

All the were arrogant very rude and unhelpful. I got my more than 10 items and while in the fitting room they put ut back where it was .

A good clothing shop in Bond Street, in the heart of London. You can find good options for shopping. It has 3 different floors for separating male, female and kids section. They also have trial/fitting rooms so that everyone can be sure before buying clothing. Though no of stuffs are less, but they are very helpful.You can enjoy hassle free shopping here.I always love to shop at Zara. ??

Extremely Disappointed with Customer ServiceI had a truly horrible experience at this store and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. I visited the Bond Street store and approached one of the team members to inquire about a specific item's stock. To my surprise, she outright refused to search for the item and suggested I go to the Oxford Street store instead. This was an inconvenience, but I decided to give it a shot and headed to the Oxford Street store.To my dismay, when I arrived there, I received the same response as before. The staff at the Oxford Street store directed me back to the Bond Street store. I was left feeling frustrated and speechless, as it seemed like the staff had no intention of helping me locate the item I was looking for.The item number in question is 2298/143, and it's disheartening to experience such lackluster customer service. It feels like the staff intentionally obstructed my efforts to find the item, which is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expected better assistance and support.I hope this review serves as a feedback for the store management to address their customer service issues. It's essential to prioritize the needs and satisfaction of customers to maintain a positive reputation.

I just left Zara and the cashier was very rude and unhelpful!I have asked for the e receipt and he answered to me that now it is too late because he scanned the items. I have asked him again, politely that I would like still to get a receipt on my app and he just said no you will have the paper one!. Quite shocking behaviour from someone who works at the till and this is nothing special to ask for.I believe that the ID on the receipt is 96207.Love the clothes but wont be shopping in this store again .

Store not organised, super uncomfortable to shop, feels like aircorn either on minimum or completely off. Don't even waste your time to try to ask staff for help, completely useless (dismotivated amd miserable members of staff). Long wait for fitting room in even hotter conditions then store itself. Staff in there doesn't even try to be sympathetic or polite for those waiting in the queue in the horrible heat. Fitting room with all extra lights, feels like a sauna, not even a stool inside, floor dirty. Long queue once again to the till, where out of 8-9 till only 2 working. How is it possible that now a days to get an experience like this. Zero effort to make customer want to come and shop in the store, very sad.
