“The technician was working alone and was answering calls, dealing with other customers ‘front of house’ and clearly repairing other vehicles. Despite a wait time of 2 hrs we returned earlier and he was already checking our tyres. He then needed additional time to replace them. We returned later and all was done. He was efficient, amenable and accommodating!”
