Manager Antonio helped my mum upgrade her iPhone in store recently, outstanding service very friendly and knew his stuff inside out. Wasnâ??t too pushy for a bigger sale instead advised which deal would work best at an affordable price which was honest and much appreciated. Will definately return to this store if required as know staff will take the time needed to assist!

Really loverly and helpful staff especially the branch manager Antonio!! He was very knowledgeable and took us through all the detail and answered all of our question. Could definitely recommend this store

Absolutely EXCELLENT Customer Service - Ahmed recommended I wait for my upgrade till the new model is out next month - which I really appreciated, rather than just selling me something to hit targets! I always come to this store as they help so much and explain everything- the Manager Anotonio is also SO helpful and fun.

After EE not being able to help me tgese guys not only got me a great! deal on a new S9, but also a sweet contract you my daughter and the Icing on the cake - home TV and broadband saving me £££
Not to mention the staff were genuinely invested in my best interests.
