“This retail unit is run mostly by very good staff, particularly those ladies who seem to be in charge.Update 1y later: Thia site is still best compared to other branches in SW London.But on last 2 visits I was particularly impressed by new guy Terry, who actually provides "perfect and complete service" to each customer! Means he takes order and straight away brings goods to customer.Sadly all other staf members will let customers pointlesly stand in corner waiting for someone else to dispatch purchased goods.”
