Lazy and clueless staff treating customers with contempt. I have been a Lloyds customer for over a decade and this is by far the worst branch I have been to. No wonder people prefer online banking nowadays.

I was seen by 3 people in an hour! They were friendly but the service shouldn't take that long. Lots of other people waiting, some gave up. Poor management of staff.

Waiting 40 mins in the queue just to find out there is nobody who can open an account for me. I was told that you will call me next day to schedule the visit. A week has passed and there is no call.

Been dealing with this bank for while now, however just recently I have had such brilliant service. Simone who has helped me out with various accounts, cheques, enquiries you name it has been spot on. Quick reliable and just so friendly and helpful.Just thought I needed to share!

Receiving any kind of support at this branch is impossible. The two agents stationed outside seem to be intentionally slowing down the process by constantly walking back and forth to a room. This has resulted in people leaving or being told that there is not enough time to assist them. I attempted to speak with one of the agents for over an hour, but they were entirely unhelpful and displayed rude behavior.

Had the best service earlier today - such lovely people working here. I didn't get her name but the lady with the long blonde hair was so helpful and I left with a massive smile on my face!

I haven?t needed to go into a branch to bank for sometime but my experience today at the Wimbledon branch was outstanding. Every member of staff that I dealt with was friendly, helpful and also professional. I left feeling very happy that I am a Lloyds customer at this bank.

I am with Lloyds Bank from 8 years, The staff is always smiling, professional and ready to help.They explain everything in a very easy way and the waiting time is no longer at all.I suggest this bank in Wimbledon for the people that are working in and for the good service.
