Terrible customer services. Lazy staff you ?dared? to interrupt by your silly questions. I wanted to open a saving account, no proper explanation provided over the phone or in person. Staff was annoyed by questions.You don?t care about new customers do you? Will never come back.

Mainly writing a review to let people know the bank is definitely open. Some of the other banks have been closed/ their hours on Google were incorrect, which is not the case for this Wimbledon branch. It felt COVID-secure with the staff wearing masks, hand sanitizer provided and social distancing.

I have visited this branch 3 times and will never visit again. Staff seem to be more worried about their appearance than actually doing their job. All advice they have given me regarding changing my address and depositing money into my account has been false; other Nationwide branches have been able to solve my queries no problem, so this is clearly a branch specific issue.

I had reason to visit this branch a couple of weeks ago as I wanted to update my finances. Staff there are very welcoming. I was given a lovely cup of coffee on my first visit & an equally lovely cup of tea on my last visit yesterday. However, I now have a problem - I can't get that girl with the pretty face out of my head! Absolutely gorgeous!

tried to open up an account for my son as i have an account there they said come back with id etc and no problem went back then told id have to make another appointment guess what we didnt bother

Staff always very helpful. Can be busy at lunchtimes and therefore having to wait in a queue, but otherwise very good service

It looks like they are trained to be grumpy and not very friendly, there are two branches that I use in Ealing borough, their attitude are not very professional. In few occasions that I was there waiting to be served, they are gathered round each other looking in to photos in ones mobile or talking about their social life and catching up on there last night out! How pathetic!.

Disappointing. Asked manager Michelle for information in a letter for third party purposes. Promised it would be in post and should arrive 2 days later. When letter didn't arrive called branch. Told manager was away but back following week.bu was t assured if manager said would do it would have been done. As this was a crucial and urgent letter I was very disappointed. The mail round here very reliable so afraid will have to go back to branch to hear "how disappointed and sorry they are and lessons learned etc...."
