Went to this store to switch up from a fold to an iPhone, I stupidly somehow bricked my icloud so couldn't use the iPhone properly. I went back the next day, asked if I could switch up. Was told by I belive the manager that I have to wait 30 days to switch up. I advised this is not true as I have switch up many times within 30 days. He said he will check with his superior. Came back said I have to wait 30 days. I advised him no other store does this, if he checked my account he would of know but he didn't and refused to serve me. I will be making a formal complaint.Went to a different O2 store and switched up no questions asked. That store was even puzzled as to why this store said 30 days. Either way complaint is being made.The extra star is for Joshua who works there. When I originally got the iPhone his customer service was awesome, very nice guy.

If I could give the team here 10 stars I would. 02 have decided to migrate tel numbers to a new system without updating any of the stores software to deal with this.I needed a new phone desperately with all my details transferred etc, Josh and Sen were not deterred. They figured out a workaround ( how sen did this I don?t know) and got everything done.They were kind efficient and extremely knowledgableI really can?t thank them enough for all they did ?

Although I did not purchase a phone, josh was very helpful and polite and I will be definitely coming back in the future when I am ready to get a new phone. O2 needs more people like josh, bravo!

Today I visited this branch for sim contract my all the process is go through Nishant who is an employee there. He is a nice person who give me all the related information and helps me a lot throughout the all process. I am thankful to the employees of this branch.

Really bad customer service from what appeared to be the manager...acting like she knew everything and literally told me that o2 is not a retail store ? are you ok? To potential customers, I would call customer service before going to this branch or better yet, try your luck in another store and hope for the best. Another thing I found is that they're never open on time for business or they close the store due to staffing issues. Do us all a favor and close it down, it ain't working for us customers, we need consistency and someone who actually knows what they're talking about.

Absolutely useless staff. Made no attempt to help with an online order I already placed. No attempt to figure out what was wrong, why I haven?t heard back, what the status is. Nothing. Their stance was: ?we can only speak to the people you speak to anyway?. No wonder brick and mortar stores are going extinct.
