Chris at Wolseley Merton was so helpful this morning. Needed to change the plumbing under my sink to attach a table top dishwasher. He explained all the different options and helped me work out what to buy so I could do the plumbing myself. Absolute legend. Thanks Chris.

Thank you for wasting my time.I Needed a part urgently so, with the help of the website I found what I was looking for in Merton. I paid and shortly after I received an SMS saying that my order had been prepared and was ready for collection.I travelled 45 minutes to wolseley Merton and when got there I was told by the staff that they couldn't find the part I was there to collect.

Complete waste of time, absolutely useless. As a supposed professional plumbing supplier there stock range is useless. B and Q carry a better range of products. All you ever get here is " no don't sell that or no ain't got none". Completely unprofessional.

Rude and unhelpful. Clearly don't want my business. Will continue to use Plumb centre, just not this branch. Real shame cos they are quite conveniently located.
