i do my groceries regularly for years in this store and have no problem with the gorceries/products so far. but found some staff are quite rude. when you tell them something went wrong in the store, obviously it's not my responsibility to do that, you dont even deserve a 'thanks' from them. Worst is they seem annoyed. maybe because that means more work for them?

It's not too big or too small store, but the problem is car park isnt big, you will be lucky to get a space straightaway or may have to wait longer.

The sushi didnt have many choices to choose and most of the chocolate were a little cracked. The drinks were hard to open, i had to use my scissors to open. The sushi wasnt really good. Both of the machines for the car park were out of service, but luckily we have a blue badge.

Never experienced such awful attitude from Saynsbury?s Wimbledon staff, a rather short woman, just for asking to add Rewards point on Nectar. For God?s sake - she said whispering to another staff? yes, it?s your company?s scheme and I bet your?re fun to he with.

Sainsbury's supermarkets are just average (or slightly dearer) supermarkets. What makes Wimbledon Sainsbury's useless is their lack of Smart Shop 'guns'. The app is pathetic.

Went there a few days ago to get some ice-creams but found NONE - the fridges were completely empty. Today I wanted to buy a Roman lettuce but they actually didn't have ANY salad except some sad looking round salad. No iceberg lettuce, no little GS, no Roman lettuce... Nothing. Not sure what people responsible for stock do in this shop.

A fairly large chain with good options, usually well stocked. People working at tills are friendly and helpful, but maybe understaffed as they juggle serving customers and trying to stop anyone who set off the alarm whilst leaving...

Surprisingly this store don't have toilette facility if you need to use while shopping, which is unacceptable for store big as this one.Management should solve this problem as costumers who do big shopping alone can't leave the trolley in the middle of their shoping,and go across the street to use toilets every time, is ridiculous in 21st century not having this facilities plus it is central Wimbledon Sainsbury store.

I generally like Sainsbury's, and most of the staff in this branch are doing a great job. But over the past years that I visited here very regularly, there were quite a few memorable interactions with certain staff members, for example if the check out till shows the wrong price or if the cash change I am given is not correct. These things happen, no problem. But sometimes even before I can finish explaining the issue, these specific staff members start raising their voices, interrupt my words and do not listen to understand what the actual problem is. Any attempt to cool the situation down seems obsolete.Another issue in this branch is the monitoring policy of alcohol. I must say that in this branch it feels very creepy to be overlooked so obviously by security staff whenever I am buying a wine bottle. Is it really necessary to pop the head around every 10 seconds or stare so intensely when a customer is in this aisle? It has already its own camera as far as I can see; also, staff from the checkout can see everything that happens there. Other Sainsbury's branches don't make me feel I am criminal when buying alcohol, why only here?Just my personal experience with this branch that is still far away from 5 stars.

I went shopping with my daughter and found it busy but not to busy we got all the shopping we went for and abit extra lovely people work there and very helpful
