One person working on the counter. Another in the main reception area who would not tell anyone that the only indoor ATM would not receive or give cash, but repeatedly let multiple customers try to use the ATM. Very disorganised, time wasting. They could not put an out of order sign on the cash dispenser because customers would not understand the sign. Unbelievable. I have not had these problems with other Santander branches, only Wimbledon.

What is the point of operating a bank that has only 1 teller on, on a Friday lunchtime and 1 front of house assistant that is seemingly unable to help with banking. Perhaps the should be a policy that people with inquiries don't take up the tellers time for over 20 mins.Time to move banks I think.Sorry Santander you need to buck your ideas up

What chaos. Had to line up for 30 minutes to cash in my cheque. Cashier moaning about how slow the system is and the branch manager having a go at a disabled man who was upset because he had to wait for 2 weeks for a reply from the bank to pay his benefits into his bank account. No empathy for the customer. Very stressful and uncomfortable environment to be in. No wonder people are using online banking more than ever

Never had a problem.Am with Santander for 5 years and have always had satisfaction. Counter service, always with a smile and professional. Online banking, for an old guy like me, a very simple and uncomplicated way of making transactions.Asked for a loan during lock down in 2021 on a Tuesday and the following Monday, the cash was on my account. Thank you all at Santander

Probably....the WORST bank in the WORLD. Either it has online banking going down on a regular basis or branches with very restricted opening times enabling head office to say that fewer customers are using branches in an effort to justify them to be closed (yes we know your game we are not stupid), or the ATM'S are not working....TOTALLY PATHETIC.

Very poor service!It is impossible to use the account due to incomplete information and advice. The cashiers are very sympathetic but the manager was unwilling to take responsibility for her omissions. The system is archaic and extremely rigid. Not user friendly at all.
