My MacAir stopped printing with my Cannon printer, went Apple Store in Kingston, 6months ago, was told not to update my iOS but still unable to print, was advised to buy another printer(however my Cannon printer is still perfectly OK. Spoken to Cannon service on the phone & told that iOS version is not compatible with my Cannon printer...
I eventually took it to SELECT Wimbledon Centre Court shop, the staff are very kind and accommodating, they explained the problem. And suggested if I cannot fix it staff told me to bring my printer as well and will have a look.
On the second trip, I brought my printer and MacAir then staff at the shop fixed it for me. It was excellent service and they did not even charge for it.
I am truly grateful for my printer (perfectly operational) is now in full use.
Thank you very much. Kind staff was called Michael. But others (2/3 others also seemed very helpful and knowledgable --- they discuss/share their skill it seemed.

(By the way Kingston Apple used to be excellent but now there are lots of staff with varying degree of knowledge and it is lottery who you get as assistant...)

Went to this store today to enquire about and Iphone on finance. Sales rep was disinterested in explaining anything and put in the minimal effort to hold a conversation.So i am not going to buy from there and go to an Apple store

Stormfront Apple Store Wimbledon is the horrible one.This the worst store I came across. They have a weird policy which I didn?t know compare to other apple stores and other retailers. They charged 15% of the products price even returning the product within 14 days once you opened the box. The issue is without opening the box and testing the product how would you know if you like it or not. The other issue is, I wanted to upgrade to a more powerful iPad Pro, even though, they didn?t agree.I requested help to transfer my data from my old PC to the MacBook I purchased from them, they charged me £39 non refundable fee and they didn?t transfer any data because my old PC is not an Apple product. How stupid is that company.I strongly advise to stay away from that particular store Stormfront Apple Store Wimbledon.On the other hand, I recently bought a Microsoft Surface laptop for my brother. We opened it and tried it and my brother didn?t like and we upgraded to another more powerful one and we didn?t have any single issue from returning that product with full refund and buy same company another powerful laptop within 28 days window.

This is a 5 star review for Jack and not the store. Arrived with 2 slow MacBooks looking for advice. Initial store employee was incredibly unhelpful, borderline rude, and had an attitude to not be of any help. Fortunately Jack managed to not only give a few minutes of his expertise and look at the laptops but gave advice on solving the issues and alternatives about upgrades. Jack was incredibly professional with outstanding customer care and excellent technical skills.

Poor service, lack of professionalism, no customers service, rude staffs, staff called Guru couldn?t answer one single question without picking up the phone and ask his colleagues. Spoke to him last Wednesday and he said just bring your receipt as prove you bought the iPhone 12 Pro Max from us and we gonna change your screen protector witch is not done properly in the first place in the same shop, after 2 failures.The phone still on warranty period and they refuse to change the screen protector, Guru said you can go and change it outside.I will never buy anything from this shop again.

Brought in a MacBook that was still under warranty for a second opinion. Staff were very helpful and gave it a look and a few tests free of charge.

The staff here are actually quite rude, they?re not very pleasant. After the first time i went in I gave them the benefit of the doubt. However after the second time I went in today the same thing happened again.Save yourself the hassle and go to an actual Apple Store, don?t bother with them.

This review is so overdue but needs to be done. My iPhone broke, kept turning off and unable to turn on. Just flashed the Apple sign. My phone network were unhelpful and a colleague suggested stormfront. Never realised how much of my life was on my phone and I was making a long journey which I needed my phone for the satnav. I went there, I think I was clearly flustered and upset and the 2 members of staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly. They spent time trying to get it to work and then had to send off reports to their head office. I waited there a good few hours (they kept checking in on me) and eventually they replaced the phone and sent me on my way - I could have hugged them. I wish I did this review sooner, it was probably almost 2 years ago so I don?t know if the staff work there anymore. But honestly, they were so great.
