I did really like the gym, changing rooms are really lovely and so is the grid training. This gym works for me ,I love it.Got all I need to keep me fit and also a place to relax.Yes,some adapting needed with low ceilings,and judging by reviews it’s not for everyone,but I put a friendly welcome by staff I know,great location and never ridiculously busy above having every silly gimmick known.It’s got weights,treadmills,steam... read full comment

Downhill since latest refurbishments. The roof is too low that one can’t do a pull up exercise. Bench racks are cheap and unstable with barbell falling occasionally. Emailed the gym on multiple occasions with no response or written feedback.The stretching area is now much smaller. No medicine or Swiss balls. Priority... read full comment
