I had a great experience in Vision Express today. All the staff are friendly and helpful, especially Samuel who helped me pick out glasses. He was so patient, knowledgeable and overall gave amazing customer service. Thank you so much I really appreciated all your help!

I had an excellent experience with Vision Express recently, going in for an eye test and then having new lenses fitted. I'm not surprised how positive most of the reviews are. Customer service is clearly at a premium among staff. The shop was very busy on one of my visits - a reassuring sign - but the only staff member not with a customer immediately acknowledged my presence and attended to my needs. I dealt mainly with Roxana and she was first class: polite, friendly, clearly very competent and also patient as I fired Q after Q at her. I won't hesitate to go back there.

Absolutely awful. Reglazed my frames with the highest specification lenses from these guys that cost close to £300. Within 6 months, the scratch proof coating had come off. Went back to them and they said there?s nothing they can do about it as it's not within their 100-day guarantee.This company used to be good but is now awful Hiked up prices - do yourself a favour and get lenses online - Vision Express will try and tell you online lenses will be low quality, but they are far better than the rubbish these guys sell!

A great opticians with lovely staff who go above and beyond to help. They fixed my glasses even though I bought them from elsewhere and so now I?ll be switching over to them as a loyal customer! Very impressed.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the outstanding service I received at this Vision Express. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive to my needs. I was having issues with my prescription given by another Store, and they went above and beyond to assist me. Thanks to Nasir he is truly experts in his field and the store manager. They took the time to thoroughly examine my problem of prescription and answered all my questions. The attention to detail and precision in their work is truly commendable. They guided me through the process how to deal with the wrong prescription issue by another store. In addition to their expertise, the customer service here is top-notch. I felt valued and respected throughout my entire experience.At last, my prescription issue was sorted.Syed.

Well totally i m not happy to give a good feedback. Coz I waited more than half-hour. I Arrived 4:30 15min early at shop. But they say 5pm sooner close soon so next booking recommended. So disappointed service! I m not gonna another book. There is a 4 peoples worker but I was invisible..haha..if they close soon 5pm. Than do not get customers!!! 4: 45pm!!!

The entire staff at Vision Express is great, they do a brilliant customer service always. They have helped my teenager son fixed his frame twice... Legendary customer service , Yaaseen today was super helpful. Will be coming to same Vision Express for all my family Specs. Thank You !!

This shoop was good. Now no. Just have been to result my problem and the lady from staff during the conversation going away even don't tell sorry. In May when I ordered my glasses I needed to go 3 times to search my ordered sunglasses and two times they can't tell me reason why not founded them. Finally after 3 weeks somebody from staff understand the problem.I'm so sorry but never more in this shoop!

Not happy at all with the explanation from the manager of the vision express Wimbledon , paid extra for thining of my lenses, was advised to pay extra for this service but was not advised the lens would protrude pass the frame of the glasses as you can see from the photo. Paid £140 for just lenses but didn?t expect this to happen. There is no explaining this would happen in their sales script only adviced that thining is advisable. The Manager was not rude but continued to argue with me on the phone and told to pay another £50 to thin the lens further which I?m very reluctant to do so, I believe I was missed sold at the store but manager insists I pay the extra £50.

I would like to thank David and Nick for ensuring the I receiving the most Perfect pair of Glasses.I have been having my eyes tested at Vision Express Croydon for many years but they never seem to be able to get my prescription correct. After wearing my glasses for over 7 years, I needed to change them but was fed up with the Croydon Branch.I happen to visit Wimbledon Branch to straighten my slightly bent varifocal glasses and ended up chatting to David, telling him of my experience with the Croydon Branch.He convinced me to give them (Vision Express Wimbledon) a ty to see if they can put things right.I can now say that I have been wearing my new varifocal glasses for 3 weeks and is entirely happy with them. This is completely due to David convincing me to return to Vision Express and to Nick for a thorough eye examination....you are a genius.I would also like to say how welcoming the staff are at this branch. I have been in this shop numerous times for several months, trying to find the perfect glasses frame and I can honestly say I have always received good service and made to feel welcome.Well Done Team!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Vision Express Wimbledon, and I must say that it was one of the worst customer service encounters I've ever had. From start to finish, the entire experience left me frustrated and disheartened.Firstly, the branch manager's attitude was shockingly rude and unhelpful. As a customer, I expected to be treated with respect and courtesy, but that seemed to be entirely absent. The manager's lack of empathy and willingness to assist only exacerbated the situation.Moreover, I had the displeasure of interacting with a customer service assistant named Roxana on August 18, 2023. Her behavior was nothing short of appalling. She didn't even bother to lift a finger to inquire if I needed help, displaying a complete disregard for customer service etiquette. It's mind-boggling that someone in a customer-facing role could be so dismissive and unprofessional.What truly added insult to injury was the misleading and unethical practices I encountered. Despite using a friends and family voucher during my initial purchase of glasses, I was inexplicably charged for an eye test. According to the voucher's terms, the eye test should have been covered. This situation reeked of dishonesty, particularly when an employee named Riddhi was involved. She seemingly committed fraud by misrepresenting the store's policies, leaving me feeling cheated and taken advantage of.Upon returning the glasses, I was informed that I needed to pay for the eye test once again, despite having already paid £35 for it previously. The inconsistency in information and the apparent disregard for customer well-being only served to further highlight the lack of professionalism within this establishment.In light of these experiences, I strongly advise anyone considering Vision Express Wimbledon to think twice before doing business with them. The lack of respect for customers, the unhelpful staff, and the overall lack of transparency in policies are all major red flags that cannot be overlooked. I sincerely hope that the management takes the time to address these issues and improves the way they treat their customers.In conclusion, my encounter with Vision Express Wimbledon was nothing short of a nightmare. I have never felt so disrespected and disregarded as a customer. It's a shame that a store that should be focused on helping people see clearly is so blinded by its own shortcomings in customer service and ethics.

I've never seen a more disorganised, chaotic or dysfunctional shop in all my life. I hoped my experience would be a one off but every time I visit it is a nightmare - I actually dread going. The staff seem to wonder around completely oblivious, often telling you they'll be right back and never actually returning to help you (until you push past other aggravated shoppers to remind them you've been waiting for 15 minutes). Every simple task feels like you are trying to get blood from a stone, the staff have made so many mistakes with my contact lenses and glasses orders that it's almost expected at this stage. I feel myself having to chase them during every part of the process, almost like I'm having to baby sit them. Absolute nightmare, and a complete embarrassment to the Vision Express brand. Avoid at all costs, if this is your local Vision Express, switch to a different opticians.
