Fantastic branch of CEX with great members of staff who have a wide range of knowledge on a number of electronics. Also the item are always reliable and so far I have had no issues.

Only one member of staff was helpful and tried to cater to my needs. The others, however, were very rude and judgy. They were making it seem like i was a scammer and giving attitude as if they knew better for no reason.. i didn't even go in antagonistically and gave them respect, unlike what i received. the young guy with piercings and the lady in the back made me never want to come back. Go to the other stores! Their other branches are much nicer and won't make you feel unwelcome for no reason.

The Gentleman on the counter didn?t seem to k it what he was talking about. Looked like he was making up answers on the spot and contradicting the process or policy from the website.

The manager is unfriendly ...staff poorly trained the only reason i bough an item from thia cause i absolutely needed it today otherwise I would never use this particular store
