My daughters and I visited last night around 8.30pm to collect an EE IMO Q2 mobile phone. Hussain assisted us for about 30 min with the set up as we were struggling - while serving other customers on his own. He was extremely patient, calm and helpful. Thank you again Hussain !

If I could I would give zero star this service I had many problems before they are extremely rude people that are working in this place especially some manager called ?Rizwan? first of all can I please say how on earth did someone like him get a manager role who is unable to speak English properly and is no help what so ever, he is so rude instead of saying to customers nicely we are unable to cancel as they are Sainsbury?s Argos which is strange I will have to collect it and go to Argos Whitechapel to cancel, my question iswhy are u a Argos inside Sainsbury?s if ur no help? And then he tells me to wait 7 days without giving me a good explanation he is saying in such a rude tone there is no way of cancelling my purchase online as a manager he has some rubbish attitude and I am so surprised his got a job in retail with the lack of English, you need to make sure your colleagues treat customers with respect

Don?t give the order here. The ladies staff very unprofessional and rude with customers and if you return the order back for any reason. They are not accepted and argue too much. It?s waste of time and waste of money here because some Argos items is not good condition inside the boxes when you buy it

Very poor customer service. Whilst some staff are more cheerful than others, it is the number of errors made that is shocking.In December, I was short-changed £15 (missing returns) but customer service was able to resolve the issue.Two days ago (13 Feb. 2023), I returned a number of items from a very large order. An email with the return confirmation was received almost on the spot but this showed 7 items had not been processed. I asked the clerk to count the number of returned items and these added up to the correct number. The clerk tried again and this time 2 more items were processed. The remaining 5 did not go through.I was advised that these 5 items were no longer visible on the PDA and so they must have been processed - no doubt the email would be received at a later time. There was nothing more that could be done at the counter.Once home, I called customer service (late at night) and was told the confirmation email could take up to 48 hours to be received.Getting through by phone to the Sainsbury's Whitechapel store, Tu / Argos counter or Sainsbury's customer service has been a nightmare - many of the numbers are not in service (or not answered). The numbers that do work are automated with a bot that simply responds by stating: "sorry, I am not yet trained to deal with this. Good bye".Manned customer service was not much help either. Two days on and they have not yet been able to speak to someone at the store but they have emailed a request for the store's CCTV to be checked. In the meantime, the person who dealt with my return on the day, might forget the particulars of my case. By now no doubt many more pickups and returns have been processed by this person.I finally received a number for the Argos counter but having waited in the queue for over 30 minutes, I had to hang up without having spoken to anyone.Long story short - I am £96 out of pocket and need to wait until CCTV has been checked to verify that the 5 missing items were indeed returned.Appalling service.

DO NOT BUY EXPENSIVE ITEMS HERE!!! My husband gifted me a Dyson hairdryer for my birthday, but when we opened the branded box they had replaced the Dyson with a used, cheap hairdryer of a different brand. The manager of the store has refused to even look at it or address the situation and told us that if we want a replacement we need to get a lawyer. Customer service online has refused to help since it is a store-collected item. Avoid at all costs!!

Store manager Afzal Miah damaged a product infront of me and refused to the refund because box was damaged and then denied he damaged it!!! Unprofessional and and a liar. Reported to Head Office for his behaviour with customers and got my refund through head office.

Anusha manager in Cambridge heath road store is one of the most unprofessional person I have ever come across. She is a very big headed person and looks down on customers by making sarcastic remarks to mock innocent people that can?t defend themselves. I was speechless because of the way she spoke and dealt with my situation when I went in for help and assistance for a product that I bought that became faulty. she doesn?t care about following company procedures and does not care about customers feelings.

I sent my husband in Cambridge Health road E1 5SD store to return a faulty product, my husband received a horrible treatment by Anusha the store manager, she is very arrogant and unpleasant.

I bought an iron from Argos I found the box was opened and possibly re boxed and sold to me, the iron some time stop working and some time it's working fine also it's dripping during ironing and make clothes wet. Return it to the Sainsbury white chapel store at Friday 14/10/2022 at 2:30pm and the manager (Anusha) didn't accept it and she is very disrespectful and ignored the costumer, as faulty and she filled up with water and showed me that is not dripping either, I clearly said not happy with product I want replacement or refund, she was very rude and keep ignoring me in one word no refund nothing wrong with item, when I came home I found the iron still dripping heavily !!!I called customer service on Argos and they had word with that manger eventually they told me that I can return it and get refund BUT not in that store because she won't accept it as return!!!???Even the head office don't have power on that manager she braking the term and condition with no reaction!! I decided to not shop in Argos again ever.

If I could I will do 0 star the manager who works there very rude . I don?t believe that how she got this job with this rude and no manner behaviour. I?ll never ever buy anything from argos any more until they will train their staff especially the manager named ANUSHA. I don?t understand how Argos have a manager like her. The way she behaved isn?t like manager.

I had a parcel to pick up from this store. I did track it and Royal Mail confirm (with a picture) that the item was DELIVERED early in the morning. Its 5 pm and still waiting for the bar code to pick up the item.

unfriendly bunch... asked for a bag, response was didn't have any ... that's it, no offer to maybe go to Sainsbury to get some maybe ... if possible go to the the one at Whitechapel Road friendlier and more staff. for reference to management the staff on hand today was 16/08/22 about 2.30pm.

I have to say that the Security is unrespectful actually abusive. I appeal to the managers check it out your security stuff, I am myself a SIA card holder and looking to do the formal complaint with the SIA . This kind of people shouldn't be allowed to he a security.

I went to collect a eBay item via click and collect the staff scanned and marked the item as collected - I was then asked for ID - I showed my bank card with my name and I was told this is not accepted - I then went and got my ID at home and returned to the store within 45 mins to then item was misplaced - ( basically stolen )I was told to contact the seller and eBay - and they would inform eBay the item was not collected - I opened a case - I lost the case as eBay contacted Argos yesterday and they said I collected the item.Saw other reviews of other people having sameIssues of items stolen.Avoid sending any click and collect parcels to this store - staff stealing.
