Just started working here, and I love it! A STUNNING building, made to the highest standards and meticulously maintained. Every member of staff is professional: the employees, the cleaners, the security guards, all are extremely well presented and very polite. And the building itself is a sight to behold, and inside looks beautiful, modern, and spacious. If they didn't close, I'd never leave!

The staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. I had to get bank statements certified. I tried one in surrey quays and one in deptford that didnt quite know what they were doing and got it wrong. These guys were professional, quick and patient.

Dear Ms Toni Johnson
I understand you are supervisor of Christine.
I am Barclays customer since 2007 and have since then opened 3 business and several personal accounts with your bank and few credit cards between me and my wife.
Last year in August I got some issue with someone trying to take unauthorised money from my account and since then have talked to various people in Barclays without much help.
I finally managed to speak to Christine last week Friday and expressed my dissatisfaction with bank despite being such a loyal client with yourselves.
Christine promised to call me yesterday Monday to resolve the issue.
She tried calling me 5 times before she could reach me and left me many messages (I wasnâ??t reachable from 10am to 4:30pm yesterday as it was my birthday).
She kept her word not only to reach me as she promised but also resolved the issue.
A few weeks ago I was contemplating moving all my business out of Barclays as was totally frustrated.
Thanks to Christine I am going to continue being your client and spreading good word to everyone.
I wanted to put in writing what an asset she is to Barclays and express my absolute admiration on her empathetic attitude towards me as customer - I wish everyone in Barclays was as dedicated to customer service as she is.
Please pass my gratitude to her and as her supervisor I commend you for your great leadership.
