“Had a fabulous stay at The Tower Hotel last night. We enjoyed every part of our trip from check in to check out. Firstly need to mention Magali Pergeline who organised our afternoon tea and fire pit booking. It was a little difficult to organise but from the first email from Magali everything was organised just as we wanted. Then at check in we met the fabulous Gini. She was so helpful and had us checked into our room in minutes with a lovely smile. The room, suite 1101 on 11th floor was amazing. Everything was clean and well presented. Afternoon tea was delicious and staff very attentive. Evening booked with a fire pit table at the front with views on the bridge. Food was lovely as were the cocktails. Staff very friendly and go out of their way to look after you. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Highly recommend the hotel and staff.”

I kindly would like to give a good review regarding Excellent Customer Services that Fathema always truly provides me, Fathema is always very sweet and caring enough to provide me any assistance necessary with my shopping or with anything else in the Iceland store, she always shows her kind heart to help me, and I always appreciate her help and support, I personally have seen Fathema serving all customers very well in the Iceland Store and provides all customers what they need including direction to the items that they are looking for.Kindly, from my heart I truly believe that you should seriously consider promoting Fathema to a higher position then the current position that she has in the Iceland Store, because I always see her working hard in the Iceland store, she always gives me the chance to have fun with her, including showing humour, I always enjoy seeing Fathema’s big, adorable smile anywhere in the Iceland store, I would always love to see great customer service provider like Fathema working in the Iceland store in a higher position, Fathema always provides me a helping hand by scanning bags, scanning shopping items for me, she always allows me to have a sweet and caring chat with her if needed which is great, she is always respectful, thoughtful and caring person in the Iceland store towards everyone including me.I seriously believe that she truly deserves to be promoted to a higher position than the position that she has already got in the Iceland store, for all her great services and qualities that she always shows customers like me for example, always showing all customers her big, adorable smile, assisting customers, giving me helping hand, showing humour, showing fun hard working personality, in general I truly know that Fathema has a great character to work with and I always see proof of that in the Iceland Store, also she is always a very fun person to be around with in the Iceland store and I am very thankful for that to Fathema. “Nice location easy transport access. Very friendly and helpful staff. Continental and halal food affodable prices. Meat section star of the shop. The best meat in the local area, and that's why I always get the meat from there.”

“Large supermarket close to the city. Excellent transport links but most importantly a large car park for shoppers, 90min free parking.The front of the store has been redesigned and the car park is now on one level in the front of the store. The store is good size with all the usual products, lots of self checkouts but the end of the queue is awkwardly positioned and you can't always tell when a checkout is empty.There is an Argos collection point insid. There are toilets for customers.”

“Love this tesco because the staff and security are friendly. All awesome. Ofcourse it is a tiny tesco so lacks variety and not always stocked to the fullest.The only thing I hate is that there are so many crackheads causing issues. I mean it's stepney so crackheads are everywhere. Never leave your bike inside or outside or have your phone/wallet loosely in your pockets, they will follow”

“Many years ago, this used to be some Asian grocery store but now it is Co-op Food.So whenever there are some new and interesting products I can get them here conveniently.The location is really good especially if you are living in the halls nearby.”

“This Sainsbury’s local is great, the staff are always very happy to help even if you make suggestions about getting various products in they usually get them! The self service checkout has improved immensely never have any problems with it also they do lots of special offers That tie in with the big Sainsbury’s so sometimes you do get value for money.! Well done to all the team because They do work really hard especially in the evenings .”

“I was staying in a nearby hotel and awoke on Sunday morning with most places closed. However this Tesco Express does open early on a Sunday and four chocolate muffins for a quid did the trick.”

“Best Tesco Express I’ve been to. Clean, nicely presented, good selection and well stocked. So much better than the one around the corner on Commercial Road. I couldn’t speak for the staff though which seems to be the main complaint.”

“Almost brand new shop, just don't understand why can't Tesco has the shelves already topped up when the shops open. Seems unfair seeing people in a rush in the morning bumping each other and the Tesco employee trying to fill the shelves.And why again with half offline checkouts in the morning at rush hour.New store, same old issues.”

“Has everything you would expect from Asda.... onlynone draw back, customer service could be better. When I asked a member of staff to direct me to the correct section, he came across rude and somewhat disconcerting. Real shame as most Asda stores have great customer service”

“Quite pricey but has essentials and some. I think the main draw for this shop is that it's open 24/7 right next to Whitechapel station, so it can be a life saver! Also the staff are very friendly once you get to know them.”
