“Great gym, great for weight training and lots of varied kit. Was able to do a great leg day. Great space for sparring / bag boxing. Went here on the bring a friend pass. Gutted a day pass is £30 - if there was a fitness first closer to home I’d consider joining. Only gripe was pool is bit small to get proper speed going or to do lengths. Sauna and steam room nice and hot. The gym is very clean and everyone puts the kit away which is a dream.”
