I'm habitual guest but I think the staff deserve it a better salary Is too stressed all the time but give the best they can. Pay better the staff please they deserve it ??? thanks to the manager for the good attention

I bought a shirt from JD as a gift to someone and when I came home? I found a hole in as I took it and took a close look at it. Then I decided to go to the JD again so get a one which is with no hole and the Manager was UNBELIEVABLY AWFUL as he was arguing with me and saying stuff like I had went home and ripped it and kept blaming it on me. Unbelievable and I wish that manager is kicked out of the JD immediately.

WORST!!!! place for shopping. The staff is trained to be rude. They get away from you once they reliase its their fault, and they dont have words to defend themselves. They sold me a defective piece of a FILA shoe ( probably duplicate). Saying duplicate its because if you buy any branded items and you find it faulty, they will never ask 2nd question to you and they will refund or return it. But here it was not the case. They were giving just ridiculous response such as, sometimes they display shoe can be different from a new piece of same kind. I even told them to contact FILA for this defect, but they denied. The manager was so great and legend there when i told him about the defect that his hurting me and i can feel that, he was like just had a simple glance at shoes and declared that shoes is not defective, why he is manager? He should be working in quality department as his eyes got some sort of special lens that he can see and judge whether the shoes is defective or not.

Went yesterday in to buy a pair of trainers. Service was quickly helped by a member of staff. He found the shoe I was looking for and was able to get. My size correctly and quickly.He was brilliant and very helpful in this process. He also offered me a cleaning product. Overall it was a great experience.

Very good customer service and experience the girl at the till was useful and helpful in selecting my order but I find it vile that people complain yet abuse the workers like today I witnessed someone abusing the worker however there is a poor selection or else really good for a small shop

The two colleagues on the tills on Tuesday 29th August in the evening between 5-6pm, female and male, did not seem to want to be there. I went to get a refund on trainers i bought online. As the barcode for returns in store does not show/load in email no matter how great your reception is - the staff members just rushed me out by saying we cannot process the refund without the barcode. Told me i have to do it in post etc. I am going away so restricted for time i called customer services for support who were totally amazing and helpful. The guy on the phone said the staff could have called and got the receipt number from them to process the refund. When going into the Clapham junction branch they were so helpful and quick to process the refund. The attitude in the whitechapel branch is disgusting.

Poor customer service, the attitude of staff is horrible here. Staff come up from no where and instead of asking if we are ok, they are trying to sell shoe insoles, and keep pushing you to buy it.This is wrong and feels intimidating. This store has not changed its habits and been like this for years.
