One of worse service ever. Lloyd taxt me to submit my proof of id on nearest branch. I went to this branch today with my id documents but they said that, they are providing id verification service Between 9.00am to 10.30 am everyday but there were no notice about this in front of branch, google or anywhere else...It's a careless things about customers time and expectations.

Had a savings acc with my fiancee here, the interest after a year was so pathetic that we just closed it. In the meantime the mortgage offer was for so ridiculously expensive, that I could only laugh. Where does the difference go?my Revolut saving vault pays a massive 3% on my GBP savings and 3,5% on my usd savings. and the payout is daily, no fixed term deposit, nothing, they just pay up for whatever is sitting there. good luck for the fools&tools trusting their money on the ones actually skimming them left and right. Tragedy.

Banks have an obligation to let customers in before closing time. If your branches close at 4 and 5 pm, you?re closing before people even get off work. On the first working day after the long Easter weekend this branch closed early and refused to let customers in ahead of closing time. Would be helpful if Lloyds would get with it and like every other reputable bank in this country, put a deposit box on the outside of the bank so that we don?t need to even go inside. They should be better prepared for the end of day rush, especially on the first day of business after two bank holidays. Lloyds is antiquated and offers insubstantial customer service.

Soon as I walked in I was greeted by Joe fantastic customer service I have never deposited check before so I never had a clue how to use the machine Joe showed me how to use the machine so next time I can just go inside and use the machine straight away really helpful.

At 9.30am the bank, which opens at 9am is not open. A call to Lloyds Bank provided the helpful advice that ?there is no reason why the branch is not open?. The 7 people in the queue waiting for it to open are likely to find this cold comfort.

Worst branch I've ever been to. Very slow moving queues, compounded by disinterested staff taking random 15 minutes breaks. Dirty and smelly on top of it.

It's useless. The staff is great but if they are not empowered to do anything seriousl need it to unlock my online banking for security reasons. And they need to call the support team multiple times to tell me that they'll send me a post mail to verify me. Well, what's the purpose? . I'm not there, I'll not be there in a while because people travel. I'm in a office branch with a trusted representative that can see my face, my passport, id, card number and verify my pin. Freaking empower them.To fight with online representatives I have online banks with much better applications. And they don't security freeze my bank for stupid reasons. They quickly send me an email, SMS or make me have a video to prove it's me.Your power is the physical branch, for the rest. Revolut and Monzo
