Very relaxed staff and clearly they don't care about customer service. Never seen so many members of staff walking around clueless. Queues are long and rarely tended to.

Worst queues. Had to wait nearly 1 hour to be served even though I was near the front of the queue. Worth travelling to the next branch located at Liverpool Street. Liverpool Street tends to have no queues and provide very good service.

The queues are horrendous. I can understand about social distancing but they only let 2 people in at a time. And once you manage to get in there, the staff (including the manager) are so incredibly slow pace with their service. It's appalling that I felt I had to come on here and give a negative review. I feel sorry for any one who goes to this branch. I am willing to change my review only if I see changes.

Your staff have lost control at this branch. Never ending queues, minimum 20 minutes wait to see someone, customers leaving in frustration. All this on a Thursday afternoon.

Nice and polite staff member but not aware of the services that they should offer. I went in as a Natwest customer to get a piece of ID verified and they said that they didnâ??t offer the service and that other branches also wouldnâ??t. Went to the Natwest down the road and they were happy to help. Seems like the staff need more training on this
