Their stock level is very low and almost finished. Where you don?t get any food you want it impossible and ask one of their colleagues if they have some more in back room but no it Finnish which is ridiculous. Some item in the bakery section like donut or other they expire on the day they sell which is why they don?t taste good which is almost hard ,they need to get longer expiration date which would be effective and also less choices to choose from which you get less stuff which is not good

I have recently had £300 worth of points of my nectar points fraudulently spent in this store miles away from where I live. Considering this is a Sainsbury?s local, without an argos, and you cannot spend nectar points on tobacco, alcohol or items at the kiosk, I?m amazed staff did little to question the person who managed to hack my account. it must have seemed fraudulent as who spends £300 in a local without a nectar card. I have not lost my nectar card, so they must have done something strange at the checkout. I am amazed that the store manager Abdul Nakmouch has done nothing to help me. Considering the cost of living crisis and Christmas around the corner, I am heartbroken I have lost so much money.

Not a fan of this store. Stock levels are patchy and the choice not great. But worst of all is customer service which is virtually non-existent. Staff will constantly bark at you to use the self service tills, even when you've made it clear you don't want to. The supposed manned checkouts very rarely are and you can wait ages for anyone to bother to come over and serve you. I've complained in-store and online, but nothing changes.

This is my local Sainsburys I shop there often and the guys there are really friendly but on Friday 20th of August at 8:55pm there was this guy at the till I?ve never seen before I asked him to buy some cigarettes and a can of red bull he asked for ID I didn?t have one on me I?m 26 years old male and have worked at Sainsburys not too long ago I told him I?m familiar with the think 25 procedure he replied he can sell me the can of red bull but not the cigarettes even tho they both fall under think 25 procedures i feel like he was just being troublesome I urge the manner please train this guy properly before you send him to the till don?t brush it off under the carpet thank you

Staff are so inattentive and rude it's beyond belief. Easily the worst Saintsbury's I've ever been to. It's like they went to haggerston tesco's and thought, there's no way we can be worse than this, we'll have to make up for it with a complete disregard of basic customer service. At the checkout, two of which are usually logged in but not staffed until you go there, there's rarely a hello. Almost never a thank you. And staff are extremely comfortable having conversations with colleagues instead of ringing up your purchases. Manager is usually one of the worst offenders, not worth speaking to the guy in the morning. Great place to go if you want to feel utterly insignificant.

This Sainsburyâ??s local is great, the staff are always very happy to help even if you make suggestions about getting various products in they usually get them! The self service checkout has improved immensely never have any problems with it also they do lots of special offers That tie in with the big Sainsburyâ??s so sometimes you do get value for money.! Well done to all the team because They do work really hard especially in the evenings .

For the first time Iâ??m making a review to say how bad this place was. Inam, made a mistake when I was purchasing expensive goods, and when I returned I was the one who paid for it. Would not recommend. It would hardly put Sainsburyâ??s out to help customers, but itâ??s the manager who wouldnâ??t help. Sad to say it was simply disappointing.
