Very nice and helpful staffs. They always do they best when I couldn?t find something.I always love the fresh pastas they sell. I get nectar points from Sainsbury?s but I still buy a lot of fresh produce from Waitrose because there are more options without plastic packaging. The beef steaks are also better quality. However this branch really needed an upgrade because the freezers are always not working. The discounts are so little making it pointless to even get them. The cafe needed a bit more variety of food.

Terrible racist staff. I tried to buy a couple of beers and they wanted to see my ID so I showed them an official document using the official app from my country but they thought it was fake and insisted I produce a physical copy which I didn?t have at hand. I left empty handed.Mind you I am a 29 year old so there is absolute no way they could have mistaken me for a 17 year old clear racism against Asian people. So disgusting.

Been coming here for about a year and a half as a local and thought it's finally time to leave a long overdue review. If you're the kind of person who enjoys mediocre service from staff and paying way too much for your shopping, then this is the place for you!Be prepared to greet a server or member of staff, and if you're super lucky you'll get a pained, mumbling response through gritted teeth (but only if you're able to interrupt their conversation with their colleague about their weekend plans or their scrolling through Instagram posts). Thank god you have introduced more self service machines, because you'll likely get a more friendly response through the interactive screen than you will from the staff.A supermarket worth avoiding if you can.Never a pleasure!

I worked at this waitrose, I filed two grievances which each took over 3 months to be investigated, the last one over 6 months and left me ignored by the managers so I eventually had no choice to quit.I suffered two herniated discs by the age of 25 due to improper training on the cheese and deli counter.Manager?s then didn?t follow their own guidelines written by their occupational therapist.A manager hit my car in the car park and 3 head mangers including the deputy told me that cctv of the incident is kept for 3 months, two partners witnessed the incident also. When the store eventually answered my insurance company after 30 days of trying to make contact, managers told them cctv is only kept for 28 days. This was all during the pandemic

Nice store, good facilities, and ample parking underground.I often stop off here if I'm driving across Tower Bridge, and grab my free members' coffee! ?

I?ve been reading reviews going back years and it seems the issues are the same, so management appear to have done nothing to improve things. Having been a customer ofWaitrose for many years until I stopped going over a customer service issue, I thought I?d try the one near my new home, this one. Over a period of nine months of going once a week, I can say that the customer service is poor, apart from one lady at the customer service desk. I used the Scan & Go system on my phone which replaced the other one and every time would come across an issue so that it would take much longer to shop than if I?d gone to a self service till or the manned ones. I gave up after one experience where all my shopping had to be emptied out on a table by the customer service desk and checked and re-scanned. To others it would have looked as if I?d stolen something. So now I use the self service till and hope that I won?t need assistance but inevitably the Waitrose card or online vouchers won?t scan because of the weird angle one has to hold the phone under the payment terminal. Or a discount isn?t applied or a barcode won?t work. And often some shelves are empty, the freezer ones often empty and there are so many restocking carts in the way that I have to ask if I can get past. I always feel as if I?m inconveniencing their restocking but surely this should be done before the shop opens so that the staff can focus on customer service. Overall the experience of shopping here has really deteriorated and I?m looking at other options. I can put up with the prices if the quality is good but shopping here feels stressful. PS the chatting at till with colleagues happens at other branches too, rather than focusing on the customer, and feels impolite. I was handed the receipt once with no goodbye or thank you as her head was turned towards the colleague and she was in mid conversation. I always spend around £50 on each visit. So other options definitely!

A clean and vibrant shopping experience selling a wide range of food, drink and non food items. If you're looking for specialist food items- this is the supermarket to go to. They have a great selection of alcoholic beverages and fine wines to choose from.

Butchers counter doesn?t sell rib steaks and the new self-checkout tills are horrible.Produce is of generally good quality, but the experience is not worth it over Tesco. Will not be back.

I have been shopping here for more than 12 years. It?s never been this bad. Shopping here nowadays feels like we are in some form of economic depression. Empty shelves everywhere - no tomatoes, no eggs, no chicken, no peppers. Even the nearby Sainsbury?s local is better stocked than this Waitrose. Have been doing a lot of online shopping because of this.Ps. Hi Danielle - Thanks for your prompt response. Can I please ask that you atleast source of more of items that run out quickly such as eggs, green peppers, plum tomatoes, onions, chicken especially on weekends and evenings. Hopefully this should be straightforward.

Today I couldn?t get ibuprofen without a physical ID there, because the staff members told me that I need to be at least 25 years old to buy it, although legally it?s 16+ in the UK. But I am 30 !!!! And I had a photo of my ID to prove it.The manager also insisted that they couldn?t sell it to me.This is outrageous!

Something is terribly wrong with this store. As other reviewers have remarked, standards have slipped even further in recent months. The freezer is constantly broken, shelves are empty and stock control seems poor, and there is tape all over the dirty floors trying to 'fix' the uneven tiles. Just have a look at a few of the pics I've captured this week.It feels like management has completely given up on investing in this branch, which is now more poorly maintained than Sainsbury's or Tesco stores.I'm not sure if the issues stem from poor management of the branch or a decline in standards in general at Waitrose. But whatever the reason, it needs intervention from HQ as soon as possible. This branch is a terrible reflection of the Waitrose brand.

This Waitrose used to be good, but the decline is now obvious and doesn't seem to stop. Here are some areas why I am saying this:- Products: the shelves are often empty, in different sections, and staff tend to be everywhere with their carts but somehow the work is not always as efficient as you would expect it to be, therefore those going there for weekly shopping like me often leave with something missing.- Environment: the shop is very grotty and needs a lot of work done. The freezer are constantly out of order, the posters and signage is decadent, the walls are dirty. One of the two lifts never works, and the downstairs lift area is extremely run down. The parking area is very much left to itself.- Staff: this is the most disappointing part. Although a few are friendly, the constant feeling one gets going there is that staff are rude, unfriendly, and not bothered to work. Everything happens slowly, they go around with their trollies or carts and don't bother to see if they are coming your way, they never smile, some don't know where products are, sometimes they don't even say hi back when greeted. I want to say this with caution because it might be due to management or Waitrose leadership, however this is bad as the experience is awful. I remember a few years ago it was a pleasure to go to this store, now I dread going and always go away very frustrated.

The store has really deteriorated, I think it illegally occupies such a good place, I don?t go there? for a year already..it?s beyond my dignity. Everything is bad there?! I call for a boycott of this store! so that they close it or completely change the staff .. Such a shame cannot exist, people stop tolerating this ...., wake up !!!

I?ve been a regular customer of Sushi Daily for at least a year now. I paid £10 for a box of Salmon nigiri and California maki with the rice clearly undercooked (should use more water next time). It?s the most expensive sushi place in Kingston, yet doesn?t live to its? name. After having sushi in Japan this brand seemed the closest to the authentic taste I experienced. But it isn?t the first time when I buy sushi from you and it looks like this. Tasteless, gluey and very unappealing.I?m so disappointed, I don?t think I?ll be coming back any time soon, or at all.

You pay for what you get and on the whole the quality of fresh and frozen products is high. Regular food like milk, cheese, eggs, unless on offer is on the higher than average price. The shop itself had plenty of staff and is exceptionally clean and tidy.
