Staff was so nice and helped me pick out really nice frames and lenses, the optometrist was also really helpful and explained stuff I didn?t understand, haven?t gotten my glasses yet so I don?t know how long it would take, I love this boots though, would recommend??

Boots Mill Hill Team & Martin Sarad, Katrina have helped me immensely ever since I started wearing glasses and have always been super supportive & delivered me new Glasses at rapid speed and are the only opticians I need/have ever used, I highly highly recommend this store and the staff.

Staff were extremely rude and borderline aggressive!! Appointment was running late but was not informed about this, just left waiting. Got charged twice the amount what I was quoted. Overall very poor experience.

Terrible customer service.The optometrist was lovely and efficient and my prescription had increased from 0.5 to 1.75 for reading & computer work (thanks to increased computer work during Pandemic ). The sales lady said they would arrive in 1 week. I week later I go to collect my prescription and barely notice any difference when wearing them. The sales lady says ?they?re only 0.25 for distance sight so that?s normal not to notice any difference. I ask her to look at my notes as my order was for 1.75 reading at arms length and close up.She initially protests, showing my the computer screen notes, which I struggle to read as I do t have the right glasses and then eventually checks my paper file and confirms she?s ordered the wrong lens in error with the most flippant of apologies.The Sales lady promises to order the correct lens which should arrive in 1 further week. 2 additional weeks notice ((so 3 weeks in total) I call the branch and speak to the same sales lady who abruptly tells me the prescription glasses haven?t yet arrived. I ask when they are expected and she says ?maybe tomorrow or next week. ? I start to tell her that if the glasses are not in by tomorrow that I will be attending the branch for a refund and she puts the phone down before I?ve even finished speaking. Absolutely terrible customer service. I?ll order my glasses online next time or go to my old branch in Muswel Hill

Would have given no stars but this option is not available. Arrived 10 mins before my appointment which I made 2 weeks earlier for eyes examination with the branch manager, waited for 35 mins only to be told the machine needed to look into my retinas has been broken for days!! Not a word of apology, just kept saying it?s not their fault. Totally unorganised, rude, and patronising Optometrist. This will be my first and last visit to this outfit.

I was very pleased with the friendly, warm and professional service I received 2 days ago, from the staff as well as the optometrist. My second visit to this shop and I strongly recommend them. (y) :)My wife and I visited again July 2021 for eye tests and new glasses! Again, as before, we received wonderful service from the optometrist. The Manager Sharad and Katerina were extremely helpful. Excellent customer service!! Highly recommended by us.

Great service by Sarad today. I had an emergency where my glasses were severely bent by a football. Boots was my closest opticians that I rushed too. His kindness, skills and expertise enabled him to repair my glasses without breaking them. I will certainly be moving to this branch on my next review. Thank you for your help Sarad.

Optometrist was excellent but sadly, the whole experience was marred by the patronising sales lady who tried to sell me varifocals but seemed focused on steering me to Gold and Platinum Tier.. and then made patronising comments about affordability when I pointed out it wasn't a sales pitch. Hugely disappointed with the lack of customer care from sales lady who was merely interested in selling me expensive and uncessarilly price inflated glasses without proper justification. Found the experience off putting will move back to Colindale Branch for sales advice. Dissapointing patronising experience. Sales lady needs training on unconscious bias as quite clearly stereotyping people based on what SHE thinks they can afford ?
