An excellent pharmacy - the best and most caring in Mill Hill. The pharmacists are attentive, knowledgeable and very "available" to sort out concerns about ailments and medications. At a time when access to doctors can be difficult this is much valued.

Im a customer of care chemist mill hill.Whenever I come in the pharmacy, I have always received such excellent service.The staff are really friendly and they always go above and beyond for their customers.I feel glad to know that I can always rely on them, especially their pharmacist.

They are a bunch of thieves. I recently bought medication and they charged me over the odds for it. When I went back for a refund. The lady was rude and unprofessional. Please be warned, please don?t buy any private medication from these people because they will call you out of money. We are all going through the cost of living. They are rude arrogant and unprofessional. Very disgusting attitude.

Care Chemist in Mill Hill lives up to its name. It is by far the most caring and helpful chemist I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. They make a point of getting to know their customers and I am always greeted by my first name. Everyone is given personal treatment and made to feel like a VIP. The depth of stock of well known brands is exceptional and far superior to many high street shops.A special mention to the pharmacy who greet you with a smile and ensure that you don?t buy anything behind the counter without checking it won?t interact with any medication you may be on. If you want personalised service look no further.

Care chemist is such a wonderful chemist and shop, Not only does my whole family recieve their medication from here without hassle, always ready for us, never a bother and always served by friendly welcoming helpful staff but my Mum is elderly and is in a wheelchair but enjoys shopping all the lovely gifts and special items they have around Christmas and because of her restricted mobility and poor eye sight the friendly kind staff always take the time to help her, be with her and make sure she has a wonderful experience it is really very much appreciated by her and all of us as a family.The Care Chemist is a great asset to our hight Street.

In my opinion, Care chemist is one of the best chemists in London. Staff are extremely kind and friendly and they look after you with care and kindness. I am very happy to have them in my area . Thank you all ??

Went today to get a prescription. They didn?t have all three items so went to Boots and same story. Boots said they often cooperate with Care Chemist and are happy for Care Chemist to borrow one of the meds. Care Chemist refused to help and said they couldn?t possibly do this as they?re under new ownership and don?t have authority. They refused to check with the new owner as they said they wouldn?t call him on a Sunday despite me telling them it?s very urgent to get all all three meds. Appalling service. Should be called Uncare Chemist.
