Very careless staff missed my medication in delivery and after 5 time of contact they accepted that medication is out of stock and then they sent half of medication and another time they missed my fridge items and on contacting them again same excuse the delivery guy forgot to take it from fridge and from two items one is out of stock and they say they are going to send one of them same day totally unhappy they don?t accept their mistake and keep on saying they sent the medication and when I insisted then they check the fridge and it was there at least they accepted it. But still waiting for my medication shame full behaviour

new manager so helpful and patient. made sure gp sorted out mums meds, chased up before xmas and even called me to make sure I had before they close. considerate and amazing staff. thanks for the help guys!

put dad on pillbox since november , order and organise every month for me so I don't have to worry anymore. great pharmacy and easy parking.

Never have what I need in stock but even made me wait 20min to tell me that....hummThey never answare the phone as well...Always ring out or say it is busy.
