Rude member of staff thinks he knows everything when he can?t even process a simple fuel voucher. He even told the person who deals with it and telling how to process it is wrong and he knows best. Official complaint held to post office as he is contractually obliged to take fuel vouchers from Citizens Advice. Pompous attitude thinking he knows best when he can?t even process a simple fuel voucher payment request. The old man who used to be here may have been slow but he wasn?t pompous rude or arrogant like this younger guy

They tried to overcharge me for sending parcels AND they failed to follow COVID-19 restrictions.I wanted to send an international package- the size of a large letter. On the Royal Mail website it said the cheapest price would be £5, and the most expensive £16 (tracked and signed). However, they told me that the cheapest would be £16 (no tracking or signature) and tracking and signature would cost £24. When I told them there were options on the website for less than £10, they said that was not the case because "the prices are rising"... but I checked the prices on the website 10 minutes before I arrived at the post office so this explanation seems suspicious and exaggerated in the least.Secondly, the two people working at the shop were not wearing their masks properly. One of them did not wear it over their nose, and the other was wearing the mask under their chin and not on their face. One customer was not wearing a mask and coughing loudly. Nothing was done- he wasn't told to put a mask on.Overall, I felt like I risked my health and safety just to be overcharged- and in the end I decided not to use this 'post office' to send my parcel because I did not want to pay 3 times the normal amount. So not worth the trip in the rain at all.

The staff are generally pretty good and friendly, but on Tuesday I got overcharged for parcels. I specified I wanted second class, but got sold first class. Whatever profit I had made from those parcels was spent on shipping! I think the handler misheard me, but I'm still fuming. Won't be buying labels in store anymore, I'm going to print them at home from now on. The woman is good and reliable, the man is the one who served me. It's a shame, because he's nice to me whenever I'm there, but this has made me angry.
