Absolutely AWFUL! First, post man DOES NOT ring the door and throws the red card through the post hole. Tried to rearrange my delivery already twice, asking to deliver to neighbours, if am not in. As a result now, the massive parcel with clothes is at this terrible place, that is opened only 2 hours in the morning! I don't undrstand how it ended up there! I won't be able to collect, so I guess the parcel will go back to the retailer...Trying to call, already 40min waiting on the phone. Royal Mail does not deserve to be called Royal...

I think they have recently hired a new deliverer who keeps coming to my front door without knocking for the past two days and keeps leaving a pre filled red card even though I?m at home. So you end up having to go here to collect your parcel which is ridiculous.\\n\\nYou need to sort out your red card system as most of the time people are at home.

Wasted 2 days. The person serving people from the collection point in Mill Hill is rude. He looks upset and said he wasted time looking for my parcel that I did not know where it was. He started arguing because he could not find it instantly, and after 10 minutes he finally decided to introduce the tracking number to find it. Really upset with the service.

This is a strange office. I am exempt from wearing a face covering, and the person serving (who was not wearing a face mask), had the nerve to be self righteous about it and concerned uncertain. She was not wearing gloves, and yet she handles notification cards that could have been anywhere, and customers' ID. Oh , and there is a large glass barrier, between the staff and customers. Had they stopped to think, that they are actually a bigger threat to customers, with the double handling of mail items. There is no consistency, and I feel Covid is confusing everyone. Pause and think calmly about that.

On Saturday it is open until 2PM. The right opening hours are on the website. Everything went smooth and swift, respectful staff too.

Waste of time, disgraceful.\\nThey put a card through thats been updated since cotonavirus saying check the collection centre opening times, but its a total lie.\\nIts open 7-9 am after gettjng all the way there with my disabled kid. Atleast 10 other people came whilst we stood there.\\n\\nThen cant redeliver for 2 days.\\nDisgusting and i bet they are all still getting paid. Lazy greedy selfish individuals who cant even be bothered to update the website

Have had many negative experiences with this office. The opening times are extremely inconvenient (especially considering it now services a large part of hendon too, for some reason) when other offices are open until 5:30. On more than one occasion I have been home all day and the postmen haven't rung the bell to even bother giving the package. Easily the worst service I've received from a post office.

According to them they have tried to deliver my parcel! !!! I have never even got a note from them. I chanced up my parcel by emailing my provider . Then I was told I wan supposed to receive it 2 weeks ago.i went to their office twice ,they said next day . 4 days have gone . I have been staying at home .ihavent got my parcel yet.
