Absolutely awful store.2/3 of organic produce isn't fresh, instead it's rubbery and old, repacked to avoid losses.I use to come to this store knowing every time I will get a top quality product..This isn't the case anymore.AVOID THIS STORE TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT ?Judging by the latest reviews it looks like I'm not the only one. There will come a time where people will come back to claw back what is theirs and this store will feel it first.

It's usually good but theres one young chap there who is rude . Next time I am there I will not go to his checkout. It really annoyed me and ruined a normally nice experience. I regret not taking his photo and not walking out without my shopping next time I will.

Been coming here for years and one time got served by Ashish. This man should not be working in retail. What I buy is my choice. Being lectured on how certain products aren't good for health does not mean I should have to go through so much to just buy my products I am a older looking man and because I wanted to buy certain products he wanted my ID and new policy from waitrose is to ID check everyone that buys cigarettes. What a load of bull. Waitrose seriously rethink ur recruitment cos this guy ASHISH is the worst retail employee. Just outright rude and condescending. He even asked if my driving licence is real took a full minutes to check it going through the address where the only thing he needs to look at is date of birth. This experience ruined watrose for me

The Scan, Grab, and Go system at Waitrose appears to be failing in its intended purpose. On multiple occasions, when I use the fast lane checkout to scan my items, the staff intervenes to rescan them. One notable incident involved a toothpaste item, which, despite my initial scan, showed as unscanned on their device. In response, the staff insisted on rescanning all items.Upon reviewing the receipt, I noticed that the toothpaste was priced differently from what was initially indicated. I verified the correct price and informed the staff, attributing the scanning issue to discrepancies in their system's pricing data. While Koen did refund the price difference, there was a lack of an apology for the inconvenience caused.Furthermore, during these rescanning instances, the staff does not handle the items with care or arrange them neatly. It would be advisable for Waitrose to consider improving or upgrading their system if they suspect that customers are not accurately scanning items. I have been a loyal shopper at this location since 2013 and believe that such issues should be addressed promptly to enhance the shopping experience.I also encountered 2 spanish chorizos past their used by date and i have to give it to the staff

The hottest day of the year at 32.7c and 10 ice cream freezer units broken down in this store. You couldn?t make it up. Customers taking photos of these empty fridges laughing in disbelief as it was just the ice-cream.m. Only it wasn?t that funny as precisely the same thing happened a few months ago.A member of staff told me that as soon as the ambient temperature reaches 25c the freezers break down and head office refuse to renew them. The net result: thousands of pounds worth of stock in the bins.Pathetic management.I?m going to lidl 30% cheaper and the fridges all work!!

My dog loves the mince from there. It is so nice. I spent less in there than if I had of gone to Iceland for the same things.

In general, all the level of Waitrose services that I had come across have been very good but do notice the staff?s courtesy have been slipping. For today collecting an Amazon order this morning, the lady at this Waitrose service counter was very selective in her attitude and behaviour toward different customers, which should not be the case

The store is dirty there is hardly anything on the shelves. I am definitely not impressed and won?t be coming back to the store and I advise everybody else to take your money elsewhere especially because they are serving out of day food not doing proper checks. The manager are also racist

I refer to Chris Lawson's comment about empty shelves and freezers. I was in the Mill Hill store on Saturday 24th June 2023 and again closed down refrigerators and empty freezers. I acknowledge the weather was extremely warm but half the fresh meat and all the cooked meat displays were out of action. And yes! It looks like a store not investing in its refrigeration because it's closing! There were no notices displayed regarding why either.Earlier in the year there were also empty shelves with a notice blaming supply issues.Come on Waitrose wake up!

It's very very expensive compared to Aldi and Lidl. I spent £1.45 on lactose free semi skimmed milk here. They are much cheaper in Aldi for what is essentially exactly the same product. It's milk!!! Waitrose cows don't produce better milk than other cows lol ????.

Like any Waitrose but rather large. Excellent choice of fresh meats and vegetables.Recommend getting a Waitrose card if you plan to visit.

Very poor and unacceptable customer service! I was waiting for 15 minutes to buy a rotisserie chicken and each staff was just passing by and staring at me without acknowledging I was there ! They should close this section if they don?t have enough staff! How do they justify £7 for a baby chicken with this poor service?!!

Just had a shocking family shopping experience with this store. I usually shopped at my local north finchley waitrose but this one was just on our way home. As soon as we entered the store with the trolley (I put my 4yrs old inside so they don?t running across the store). We have been stopped by Victoria Ruzkarv demanding my 4 years old to sit down as she can see ?they will be falling down? - because they have had a couple incidents. Firstly, we have just entered the store, as you can see I will need to manage both kids to ask them to be sit down and remain their voice down. They are not even taller enough to fall out. Secondly, there was other customer right at the back with their kids literary in the same situation, but I feel I have been targeted very specifically - picking the easy target. As parent, I, of course want to keep our kids in their best manner while shopping in store. But Victoria has made my feel that parents should not come to shop with kids at all. She said to me: if you can not keep them sit down all the time, I will ask you to leave. Victoria followed us about 3/4 aisles down and said ?oh I can see you have asked them to sit down?. Most ridiculous and patronising, no one will care about your shopping experience until they heard you complain to your husband they have been ?fxxxing racist?.Fine, we will make sure we will never visit this store again since family with young kids are not welcome.
