If I could post a minus rating I would do, I understand the actual situation with the covid but there is a limit , they could have two people behind the counter instead they have only one for a short time and now they decided to open the counters only 3 days a week , the waiting time is between 30 minutes to 2 hours depend if they have again some problems with their computers the staff are not the most helpful and nice . I don't know why shorting the hours not a vgood branch

Very rude and bad customer service. Counter open only from 10am to 1.45pm. ONLY 1 MACHINE available x deposit, Bill's etc....2 cash point outside with no deposit facilities. 2/3 members of staff standing there doing nothing.\\nNon stop queuing daily ....how long is going to take for Barclays to address the issues?

the staff were unhelpful. i waste my 50min just because of my appointment in which they did not help me just asked to sit and wait for there mood to work.

Useless staff not helpful at all they look at you like you're a criminal even if you go there to get your own bank card which was left in the atm for some technical reasons they are horrible

Asked for a change and guy sims to have a problem with it....
as this a business account and not first time doing this....
as soon I give him money he count them 10 times and you called your self bankers so slow do not use this branch at all...

please be more professional more fast and active because we are in london so stop chating each others or with your customers because is like a big queue every single time and is only 1 barclay in mitcham so please stop wasting time those who are in really rush or not enough time to listen un educated conversations done your customers as quick as you can also some change needed is more young staff is like a very good idea please focus on your job and in this comment as well is not a jock understand thanks
