Only downside is that it isn't open Saturday anymore. Which is ridiculous as it would be the only time for ppl to get there when you work Monday to Friday 9 TILL 5. Even worse when you add the fact that it's only open till 3.30pm during the week.

Fantastic staff , very helpful and with Halifax closing I?ll be going in there. The girls are great and the manager is brilliant. Appointment with Humma was great she was really helpful.Thank you for your help

I've read bad reviews about this branch, but personally I've always experienced good respectful service over many years. I'm begining to feel that those who write the bad reviews should maybe have long hard look at themselves, and see themselves as others see them.??.

The worst customer service since 2007 the lady in customer service she don?t know how to do her job she need training but Mr Lee ?is the beast he know his job very well I respect the way he finds out why my wife have problem with her bank card the lady she was very very rough she think she is the queen of the Lloyds bank but she forgot the banks or running in customer first they should learn how to speak with customer I feel sorry for Lloyds bank to hire like this kind of people ?

even 1 star is tooooo much ! the Mitcham branch is the WORST . the service is very poor there . one old lady is very rude same as menager ( if hes blond ) . they are EXTREMALY unprefessional ! they ask us to not come back do that branch again ! they said that we are not respecting them only because we get upset ( which is understandable ) but .. did they respect us ? only because one little thing that they did not want to do , but they could , they should . absolutely shocking ! does Lloyds want to treat clients like this ? really ? RADICULES !!!!!!feedbacks of that branch tell everything ! ?

This used to be my favorite branch of Lloyds and was the main reason I switched accounts, lately however most of the staff seem to have changed and they all seem to always want to push you to use the machines. I prefer talking to humans and having a banking experience as it used to be back in the days. The older staff who are no longer with the bank seemed to understand that unlike the new staff who pretty much harass you to use the machine despite the bank being pretty empty. The standards have most definitely dropped.

Useless staff very unprofessional branch stays close most of the times, staff working inside is lazy and unprofessional and not helpful at all 3 counters but hardly used they force you to use selfservice machine which doesn't work very often staff don't care about customers and just walks around instead of sitting behind the counter and serve them totally rubish never seen any other branch like this one i must say they are ripping the lloyds banking group

Horrendous customer service. The branch manager even worst. I decided to close my account which I had with Lloydâ??s for 8 years and I cannot expect even a little thing from the bank. Only wanted a 6 months bank statement and they could only print up to 3 months, even considering its for an emergency they cannot print it for me. Ridiculous!!!
