Very helpful staff! They provided me with quick and fast service with less waiting time. I always order medications through the phone and it?s always ready within 2 days which is very helpful. The staff at Harland chemist are really polite and friendly and they take their time to talk to you and solve your problem.

I just went to the pharmacy now. After talking to 111, they said I need pain killers and a support bandage. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The pharmacist measured my hand to get the right fitting bandage.

I can see this is another example of five star reviews being written by staff.I have to take medication for an issue that isn?t societally acceptable. I also have to get this medication issued by a private practice because the NHS won?t issue it. My private practice called this pharmacy to see if they can dispense it and they confirmed that they could, hence why the name of the pharmacy was issued on the prescription. I went to collect and was told abruptly that they didn?t have it in stock and couldn?t order. I could feel the judgment in their tone of voice and I did not appreciate it. When I tried to explain that the clinic would not have issued the prescription if it couldn?t be fulfilled, I was again met with rudeness and condescension. The staff continuously tried to lie and say that no one had contacted them but simple logic shows that to be false. When I tried to ask when it could be available I was told it was a manufacturing issue and they didn?t know. These people are not just incompetent, they are bad liars who are putting peoples lives at risk because of their attitudes. I will be taking this further as I don?t believe these people are operating conscientiously and they are a danger.
