Very bad service. They lie all the times. Apparently they tried to deliver my parcel saying nobody was at home, but we were at home waiting for the them and nobody rang the bell nor they tried to call me on the phone. They always do these fake attempts to deliver. It happened to us several times over the past 10 years. Liers!

They lost my parcel they didn?t make contact at all,spent 45 mins on the phone just to hung up on my face. Nothing royal about that! Would only recommend Royal Mail if you are really desperate.Horrible people and service!

Local delivery office requires an internal investigation into management and how delivery staff are vetted.The Priory 98 Priory Road are not receiving mail and items have gone 'missing' various postal employees have stated a huge backlog of mail and parcels which no one will take on board to deliver!

REFUSED TO PRINT THE LABEL for a postage purchased online where it clearly said a Delivery Office will get the label printed. Had to spend £3 to print a label next door. SCAM

Get your alarm fixed/replaced. It is constantly going off outside of opening times. It would be so easy to burgle this place (I would not condone doing so, nor am I suggesting anyone should) because the alarm is clearly ignored by all staff.It seemingly works only as an irritant to residents.

Alarm at the front of the building goes off constantly, horrible to have to live by this day after day. Asked them to fix it or just turn the bloody thing off, ignored. PLEASE HELP!

Staff was quite rude, pressed the bell once as paper instructed. Waited for 5mins before pressing a further two times with waiting in between, to be told when he came out ?I heard you the first time? once he came out I was in there for less that 30 seconds, the process was quick and simple.
