Ordered a pair of Nintendo Switch joy-con from this Argos this morning and paid extra for same-day delivery, only to find out one of the joy-con is missing? did the staff not check the items before they?re shipped? Not sure what went wrong throughout the process but I saw other reviews had the same issue, so clearly it?s happened several times.Will return the item, ask for full refund, and purchase it somewhere else like Amazon or Curry?s and never shop at Argos.

Ordered a drinks trolley online and collected it this morning. Brought it home, only to discover that it was missing three screws and was scratched. I now have to schlep back to the store to get a refund. As I really needed a drinks trolley today, I ordered again a different trolley which was apparently ready for collection straight away from the Old Kent Road store. Paid online and then the site told me it is ready for collection the next day!! I phoned up, customer service were about as useful as a chocolate teapot. They have emailed me to say that they will refund my money but it takes up to seven days! So they not only screw up on two orders, they then keep hold of my money! This is why Amazon is taking over. P*ss poor customer service from the traditional retailers.

Wish i could do 0!!went in at 11:00 todayWent in to return an item, 3 ladies were having a gossip, giggling and talking loudly about their xmas/new year break.I approached Rujina, before i could speak she asked me to wait - no reason given. They carried on talking then Rujina headed to the back of the store.10 mins later I asked Althia to check how long her colleague would be as i had been waiting a while already, she walked to the back where i heard giggling and told me Rujina would be "another minute or so". I told her that wasn't good enough because I didn't even know why I was waiting! especially when there were other staff members available!!!Rujina then came back with crumbs around her mouth and clothes, took my item and started to walk away. I asked her where she was going, what was going on as there was no communication from her and she said she needed to compare the item. I explained I wasn't trying to impede her from doing her job but i needed to be informed of what was happening as I had already been made to wait 15 mins for no apparent reason. Rujina turned around, slammed he item in front of me and told me to go somewhere else.I said i didn't want to be served by her anymore and wished for one of the other staff members to aid me instead. Maria looked at me and told me to get out of the store because no one there would serve me.i walked away

If I could give 0 stars I would.Firstly I went to collect the item which online it said it was in stock and on my arrival unfortunately the item wasn't. Then when I did go to get it the next day a customer pushed in front of me and the member of staff just didn't nothing about it.Then when I got my item and tried to use it at home it didn't work.I tried to resolve this online however they told me I had to go back into the store.I am disabled and at this time I am unable to do so and its as if the company doesn't care.I won't be shopping here ever again after my whole adult life of shopping at argos.I've never felt so upset and appalled by lack of care and professionalism as I have with the company and especially at that particular area. This company is not disability friendly.Absolutely appalling. Also what a waist of 70pound.

I picked up my boyfriends Christmas gift that was far too large and heavy for me to carry, the man that served me was so kind he actually carried it to an Uber for me!So grateful for the amazing customer service :)

I went to this branch today as I return a Silent Night Pillow for £46 which I was unsatisfied with as it caused a stiff and painful neck. Plus shoulder blade and back pain.There was no issues returning this product as the sever Sheldon was very easy going and very friendly. Thanks again Sheldon!There were not many cues and was seen almost immediately!I would definitely recommend going to this store as the customer service was excellent!Even though what I'm about to say next was an old slogan from back in the day Argos certainly do take care of it! :) Haha!Well done Argos!

SCAMMERS! DON?T buy Apple products from Argos!I?ve ordered Apple Watch on 6.02 and I haven?t noticed that it wasn?t the new generation so I?ve decided to return it. I was trying to organize collection from home for over two months. I went through at least 20 collection dates that they should come pick up the item, but they didn?t. Collection were cancelled at 10pm after whole day I was waiting for them....they were trying to sort out when I was calling them but clearly I knew that they don?t give a sh* about it. Money been taken, so now it?s not their priority to collect item. Such a nightmare. Hundreds of chat messages with them, calls and finally after two months someone came to collect it. The lady believe me look like rachet....homeless. So I?ve asked her if she can give me proof of collection but she said she is not doing it, I?ve said that I won?t give her anything with no proof that she collected this from me. She agreed to send me email that I?ve got. On the email says that the money should be in a week time. It?s been two weeks already and nothing. Contacted them on online chat. 4 times after giving my order number people left chat (that happened before too so I wasn?t surprised of their tactics), 5th person told me that she won?t give me return and I need to contact my card issuer. I was shocked. Contacted them over the phone and lady told me that they did investigation and she told me that I?ve sent them fake Apple Watch back!!! This is incredible and I can?t believe this could happen in such a big company like Argos. I am going to do everything to get my money back and to make sure these guys will be punished for the way they treated me as it?s unbelievable. I am going to spread the word everywhere and I am thinking to go to police as this might be big thing inside Argos - maybe someone took my Apple Watch and replaced with fake one. I am sure there are CCTV there so police will be able to investigate it. Don?t buy any Apple products there as you might be accused of sending them back fake products or either are selling fake apple products. DON?T TRUST THEM.

I went to Sainsbury's New Cross Gate store on March 19th between 6 and 8pm. There was a worker there who is often at my neighbour's house as they are, as far as I know, in the same family. However, this "neighbour" made me feel extremely uncomfortable during my visit. She (DL) theatrically whispered to staff members, visibly pointed at me in not a friendly way at all and I saw other staff members, when I glanced over because of the very strange behaviour and therefore atmosphere, go very red indeed. I will not be recommending this store to anyone as it simply does not feel okay to shop here.....I was with my youngest child too. Really awful.
