I ordered a sofa from them which I cancelled just a couple days later. They took a long time to reply to my emails and in the end said that the sofa had already gone into production. Due to that they would only refund me 60% of the total cost. I do not recommend anyone purchasing anything at the shop directly. Instead, if you order online the cancellation policy is much better, so just go to the shop to see what they have but make your order online.Moreover, the lady who attended us at the shop was very nice. Nevertheless, there was also a very pushy salesman who was insisting so we purchase things we did not want even though we told him clearly many times that we did not want any of that.

Just bought a corner sofa with DmNew Malden, and I'm really happy with their service. Harold took me through the whole process and was exceptionally knowledgeable, he was excellent at his job. I got a fantastic deal as the sofa was new in and at a great price. I'm a disabled man and really needed a sofa to support my back. The Orka corner sofa suggested by Harold was perfect in every way.We were give a hot chocolate and a nice comfy seat whilst we went through the details. I can honestly say, I'll recommend them to anyone, a really great service all round from the moment we walked in, no waiting around and was given space to look around. It turned out that the first suggestion to look at was the one I finally went with.Thank you Harold and DFS!

Excellent sales advice from deputy manager Sat today. Thoroughly recommend you double check any last minute details with him about your purchase. He knows everything there is to know about the sofas.

Our sofa was already ripped when delivered, apparently the warehouse knew about it but still sent it to be delivered. Delivery staff advised us to refuse this delivery as this can't be fixed at the property, so we did. That was on Saturday. Till Thursday no one knew what can be done for us, we made multiple calls to customer service and new molden manager, nothing could be done until someone see the damage and there were no pictures taken or any records of the damage. All while we had to sit on the floor because the store do not issue replacement sofas , at least not in our purchase bracket. In the end the manager offered that they maybe can deliver the damaged sofa again to us and then maybe they can repair it at the property. We decided to cancel the order and go somewhere else.

One of the worst experience of my life .I ordered a sofa have to wait 5 weeks and delivered second hand damaged sofa.After my 4 th visit agreed to order new one and have to wait another 5 weeks.Yesterday after 6 weeks again second hand damaged broken sofa brought which i refused got all photos

Bought a Jules sofa which isn't cheap with all the extras, and only 3 years later the cushions are flat and lumpy and sinking. I called the customer services and nothing. Promised a called back and this didn't materialise, nor did they take it seriously. I would not recommend buying a sofa from DFS.

I went to dfs to find a new sofa the displays were as good as you can get tried out all of thw latest gadgets auto recliners wireless charging (in a sofa who knew)Alll the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable we chose a corner sofa and mohamed helped with the order all do e and dusted very quickly.Five star

The staff are super friendly, I like that they let you enjoy looking at the sofas and don't chase you for a sale. It makes the experience enjoyable. Staff are also so relaxed and make you feel like your chatting with a friend. Left very happy and with a great deal on a great sofa. The sale was quick easy and zero stress. Would shop here again and would definitely recommend

I think this is one of the best stores to buy good quality furniture . I also had the best service from Tanya who really helped me chose the perfect furniture for my new home and was so friendly polite and proactive . Sat the manager was also very professional and helpful .Exceptional customer service and such a vibrant store !

Terrible quality sofas.This is how it looks from day one.Store manager deemed there?s no manufacturing fault and refused to take it back.Few months later they offered to repair it. It?s funny, how at first you say it?s all ok, and then you offer to repair it.And they call it a goodwill gesture even after they dared to deliver this to their customer.You don?t expect to get this low quality sofa, when spending £2500. And also, last thing you want to have something ?repaired? which is clearly wrong from day one, and should have been returned straight away.

The staff on site are great, however the customer service after that point is terrible. From no communication, failed delivery right up to one telling me ?it doesn?t matter it?s only furniture then hanging up on me. Fuming!

I had to put 1 star to post a review but clearly doesn?t deserve any. Worst customer service that you can have. I highly DON?T recommend using Dfs. After 4 months we still don?t have any sofa. Thank you Dfs.

Terrible experience with this store and DFS in general. Harold is the most awful and rude sales representatives he doesn?t want to know about you after you do a sale with him, get his commission and then ignore you and any emails.DFS totally ignoring us and taking no responsibility for the massive issues we had with them.There?s a new store manager every few weeks and you can never get in contact with anyone.Avoid Harold and doing a sale with him, he is misogynistic, vile and should not be working in customer service. He has no customer service skills.

Horrible experience at DFS New Malden. The sales assistant was incredibly rude making us feel stupid for asking relevant questions, belittling and arrogant. We were looking to spend a considerable amount of money today but after this interaction we got up and left! Never in my life have i been spoken to so rudely in a shop before. (We were there around 3pm, sales assistant was slim build with black hair and beard) avoid at all costs.
