The doughnuts here are the best Krispy Kreme you will get because you can watch them being made! You can't get fresher than that. The coffee was good and the service was lovely. Free parking as well. The toilets were clean. Like anywhere they have busy times when you might not get a parking space or seat.

Love this branch, has a drive thu also. Plenty of seating and a smaller parking lot (free). Wide selection and fast service no messing about.Parking: Small but good size for footfall. Always a space unless its mega rammed with a queue out the door.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat all the way with auto doors

What an amazing day out, loved every second of it and I love the way the doughnuts go around a conveyer belt, who would imagine that they actually built an escalator just for doughnuts, that's crazy mad.Vegetarian options: Doughnuts

Really lovely clean place, so much space, nobody talking to each other, it was meant to be magical.. Christmas decorations were minimal...Parking: Parking notice was worrying ? I didn't quite understand why you could only park for a small time, I was going to suggest meet-ups with friends, but the time limit was far too short, such a shame,

Nothing beats a hot donut. Harvey was really helpful and recommended the best selection box, complete with one fresh off the belt - delicious!

Bit expensive but your paying for quality so can't watch the cost. The service I received from all the staff was exceptional 6 stars from me.

Doughnuts are good just thinking is it worth travelling so far to get some doughnuts when you can buy the same from your local supermarket it might not be as fresh your Krispy Kreme doughnuts maybe price wise a bit more

Love this place. Lovely place to eat in and the customer service is of very high standard..the staff taking orders make u feel very welcome. Lovely place to chill at and enjoy coffee and donuts.

I ordered a dozen choose your own, I wanted to change one of the donuts just after I payed and they didn?t allow. I ordered late with oats milk and they didn?t have any alternative milk. The supervisor was on social media scrolling on her phone and unhelpful.

The donuts are delicious, but I think they are overpriced. I recommend using the app because it's cheaper than 1 pound. Coffee tastes good too.

I had a fantastic experience at Krispy Kreme thanks to Veronika, one of their outstanding staff members. From the moment I walked in, her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome. Veronika was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and helped me choose the perfect doughnuts. Her attention to detail and efficiency in serving customers was truly impressive. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a delightful visit, and her exceptional service definitely added to the overall enjoyment of my time at Krispy Kreme. I'll be returning soon, thanks to the wonderful service provided by Veronika!

I love this place and staff. This star is for the person ( manager I guess) who decided to change the opening hours out of nowhere from 7am to 8am on the day when Krispy Kreme was giving free doughnuts. At 7.15 am when people in the queue realised that opening time has been moved lots of them left to work or decided to move the car as 90min was passing by ( car park restrictions). There is absolutely nothing on the website, nothing and terms & conditions about this. Well done! Amazing promotion!
