I wish I could give zero star, at 17:19 I wanted to post something and they just say come tomorrow because we gonna close now. They should change the time at least .\\nPregnant and with a baby crying need to do the way again.\\nI never will go in this post office again. Very un professional.

Rude!! So rude. Also, please note the opening times do not reflect the time that all services counters are open. For DVLA or HM Passport services are random.. only operating one hour after opening until one hour before closing from my experience but no clarity is provided

Very bad branch, One parcel was send through New Malden Post Office via recorded 1st class. Never been delivered. So I send the parcel AGAIN via Track24 still at New Malden Post office in the morning on Monday. It's supposed to be delivered the next working day. BUT after two full working days, On Wednesday I got update, told me that the parcel just arrived at Jubilee Mail Centre. How ridiculous!! The funny thing is my other parcel I ordered and been posted via Track48 on the same Monday from other post office branch, has been delivered safely.... So who shall I complain? of course the service at New Malden Post office!!

Really rude ladies on counter - we tried 3 times to post a parcel back and they were so unhelpful. One lady refused to give me some sellotape to stick a label on a parcel - they don't respond to long queues - one lady was slowly wandering about in the back whilst the queue was out the door, get your act together Post Office!

The money exchange service here is a real con, they didn?t tell me the rate each time I ask and kept telling me it?s best price and asked my money and by the time they told me the rate he indicated the payment has been processed and he cannot issue a refund. Disgraceful and pressure selling

I'm writing review for lost item by royal mail new Meldon delivery office delivery person.This happened on 15 June 2021 by delivery person.\\nI have bought item on ebay and Royal got the item to delivery on my address, I provided my correct address and Royal mail delivery person has delivered it to somewhere else and I didn't suggest them to deliver to anybody else like next door neighbour or someone. I provided my address to deliver and I don't no where the delivery person has delivered and he has updated as the item is delivered and I haven't got it. I asked my neighbour they haven't got it and contacted royal mail customer service they said we are not responsible. So I lost my money and I lost my item as well.

Post office has self-serve machines with a friendly member of staff to help. They also have traditional counter service and you can also renew your license/submit biometrics for visa/naturalization applications here. Stationery and other postage supplies are also available at this location.

We had some issues with them but finally we were able to solve them.
