Had an amazing experience in store last week when returning a faulty product. The store manager Carla and Tisha were especially helpful and kind. Their customer service was great and they were incredibly patient despite the store being quite busy. Thank you to these lovely staff members!!

I had a bit of a mix up where I ordered something and then couldn?t collect it immediately so I had to cancel that and then order it in store. I then had multiple card related problems and Carla was amazing throughout - as good as customer service gets!

Love how they always have online items stocked and available for same day collection! Very conveniently located inside Sainsburys so parking is free for 3 hours.

This sainsburys use 2 be very good but totally gone 2 pot, shelves half empty veg goes off very quick, the last few times I was in there, the stuff i wanted wasent in stock, I asked @ the customer service & the nice woman said yes it is in stock go 2 the aisle & wait, which i did & no 1 came. so i won't going back there in a hurry.

H My online order was never delivered. They never reached out . When I called, they finally admitting that the order was never delivered and they would issue the refund within 5 to 10 working days. The refund never arrived, so I called again. After several phone calls where they hung up on me or put on hold for hours, I managed to open a second case, once again they told me the store manager would contact me to apologise and confirm the refund, it never happened. I disputed the transaction with my bank and the supermarket rejected my query saying that the order was delivered . I am currently on hold, over 65 minutes waiting to be transferred to the complaint department. Really poor customer service , trying to get money for orders that have never been delivered. I am shocked . The store is sainsbury Nine Elms

Don't Shop At Sainsburys.co.uk. I placed a large order and when the delivery man was dropping the 'drawers' at my front door we noticed a hand written note above the drawer with some packets of fish, " + 4". He asked me if I knew if my order was incomplete and I replied that the email had said that all was good and no substitutes. He went back to his van supposedly to check and we continued hurriedly unpacking; the order was large. He returned saying all was well and took the drawers. As soon as we organised everything I understood what the "+ 4 " note was ; we were indeed short shipped 4 packs of fish yet the email hadn't informed so and I had not been refunded. I quickly called customer service, the woman was sympathetic and issued a credit voucher. When I was upset she was not issuing a refund, she assured me the voucher was valid a lengthy time. Ever since I was unable to log in to Sainsburys.co.uk. I called customer services twice ; both times they said it was a website issue, I should try again soon. The third time I called customer services , still unable to log in and put my credit voucher to use , they informed me that my account had been closed due to fraudulently claiming credit!

Only reason I'm giving 3 stars because this is pretty much the only argos that doesn't have alot in store and u have to wait hours or days to get it pretty inconvenient considering its the local store 4 sw8 all this order now come back later can't run it should be out back or shown as not in stock . Staff here are excellent though can't deny that at all . My only problem is stock and waiting times having to travel off the manner to get something from the same store that's on the manner makes zero sense

i bought headphones 3 days ago i paid £40 and the headphones sounded like it came from poundland really disappointed. i took it back, they tried the earphones. one member of staff agreed for the refund, but the other lady didnt so i never got refuned cause of the lady.

My name Rahel Gebre i bought iPhone 13 by online i collect from Argos sainsbury nine elms and i change my mind to exchange with sumsung, i went back in 12 hours ( Sunday around 5pm)with out open the package.i know I am not good in English, the way they treated me is very very rude i almost cried.
