Confirmed closing times are 2 am, though the restaurant closes at midnight!!Refused to take our order at the drive through because we didn‘t have a vehicle. Would’ve been nice to know that before when we still had the chance to grab something to eat in the city center. Now we‘re going to bed hungry. Thanks for nothing!

Waited 33 mins to get an email confirmation to say my order is cancelled. Absolutely BAD SERVICE. Could have checked before accepting the order, taken off from your menu Or given a refund for that item and still sent the rest. Rather have something to eat then not ??

Needs more staff for mornings! Every morning nearly always waiting up 30min in store for a simple coffee and flatbread. And served a cold flatbread always
