Everything you want from Sainsbury's well most things anyway

If you go in this Sainsbury, please stay away from Connie, an asian very old woman, completely rude, unpolite and aggressive. It has not been the first time but after today i had to write something about it. Someone like her shouldn't be working with customers. On my next visit i will have to ask to be served by someone else who's not connie. Just avoid that person if you dont want bad mood and disrespect.

I needed help and couldn?t find anyone. Had to go around the place 7 times. After that I went to pay. As I was supposed to buy cigarettes I couldn?t use the self service. So I asked to pay to the woman that was there and she was so rude. I was stressing her out because I wasn?t using the self service. Is that normal? Should I feel bad for going to the shop?

It's been tough to award a limited number of individuals given how appalling this team strives to be. However, the awards for rudest staff members go to:3rd place: The portuguese security guard who only looks up from his phone to yell at his co-workers when customers are asking him questions instead of them2nd place: Bradley, who once audibly groaned and rolled his eyes so hard I was concerned for his vision when I asked him for one of the plastic bags he was holding1st place: Connie, a delightfully rude lady who I've seen refuse to serve an elderly lady, walking with a zimmer frame, a bottle of wine because she didn't have any ID on her

Disgustingly busy and chaotic shop, especially on a hot summers day like today. The security guard keeps eyeing everyone up and down. The self checkouts are always failing. Went today to buy some drinks but in the self check out at around 6:40pm an overweight ginger-haired man in a black t shirt and shaggy grey shorts and wired AirPods just snuck in the queue ahead of us without having the decency let us go first. ABSOLUTELY appalled and disgusted!! Not a sainsburys in an upmarket area just judging by the attitude of the security guard and the ahem??clientele? - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Have been shopping here for 20 years and couldn't do without this super little local Sainsburys. Obviously doesn't have the space to stock the same amount of products as the larger stores but is clean, tidy and manages to find a great balance with the items which are available. The staff are all excellent, helpful and efficient and while working on the frontline during the pandemic to keep the community fed have also provided some much needed continuity. (Even with the added responsibility for handling all those Argos parcels!)They have not always been appreciated and I have witnessed some staff being verbally abused by a minority of customers but they have risen above the abuse, stayed calm and carried on.Many thanks to the Store Manager Kevin and all his fantastic team.

No happy. Got there five minutes before closing at 9. If I?ve left the house to go to the shops, which in the current climate is a risk on its own. As I was walking around they started closing down the aisles so I couldn?t even get half of what I needed. I get the staff all want to go home on time but if they?re going to let customers in they should at least be allowed to do a full shop. Had to go over to the off licence to get some more things so I?ve increased my risk of exposure

It's only a small shop but seems to have everything I needed. Good variety of goods and price, and they recently renovated the self check-out area, which is airy and bright, so even better! Well done!

To all of the wonderful staff here ,who during this difficult time have been amazing , even though a lot of people are being rude and aggressive ,they are putting themselves in harms way they have no masks , they have smiles even in the face of stress ,they have there own families to think of yet they are working tirelessly to provide what they can whilst making sure people are not panic buying , there kindness to the elderly and regulars has not been unnoticed ,i Know there is never enough vegan stock but you guys are providing a great service keep it up and know your regulars are wishing you well during this difficult time ,you deserve a pay rise not that i think your kindness could be reflected by money ,
